We trust you to keep our identity safe…
We trust you to keep our identity safe and we like the alerts you give when a sex offender comes into our area. We have had cards compromised and it is good to know that you protect these. We just feel comfortable with the news letters and knowing you are there to protect us. Makes us feel safe.

Absolutely the best support
I was told that I had a membership to Identity force due to the department of defense financial section having an incident and while I was in the process of buying my home identity Force helped me keep informed of any and all things that popped up on my credit report I am very grateful for identity forces hard work dedication and commitment to their customers and I plan on keeping identity force after my free membership from the department of defense

Provide immediately visible classification of notifications when they are sent out
I do not care for the sexual predator reporting because it distracts from the financial reporting I need. When an alert is sent to me, it does not discriminate the type of report being provided.

Haven’t had any issues
Haven’t had any issues, they are working on a system issue that has for several months not allowed a download of an upgrade. Hasn’t seem to affect function.
