0rdered a track suit it never arrived.Lots of emails with Lisa promising to send the item out still never received .This company is a big big scam take your money and you never get your goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Utter scam. Many emails about delays in my order. My order has been shipped, with a tracking URL that was dead. They did not respond to emails. I should have known as the website had no phone number.
Avoid at all costs.

Do not order of this company, you will never receive the goods, their customer service phone number does not connect, saying number unavailable. When you email you are sent same reply we have no tracking for this order, this company is a scam please do not waste your time or money

È una TRUFFA, ho ordinato un cappotto 11 dicembre 2025, ad oggi 6 febbraio 2026 non è ancora arrivato ho mandato tantissime email è ho ricevuto una risposta vaga.

Scam, ordered my coat on 24th December 2025, I got email saying that it was on its way. Never received after four emails, Keep away from these.

SCAM- contact form & email don't go anywhere.
Phone number is 24/7 constantly 'temporarily unavailable'

Disgusting. Coat ordered in November, still not received. Chased shortly after the order and got one email response saying delivery was delayed. Since then? Nothing. No coat, no reply, no acknowledgement to a formal complaint. Am now going through the bank to try and get my money back. Please avoid at all costs (excuse the pun!) don’t waste your time or money!

I ordered a Hugo Boss sweater from the website which I believed to be UK based. On confirmation of my order I was told delivery between 9- 18 days ( So obviously coming from Abroad)
On receiving my order it was blatantly counterfiet, after contacting the website I was told a refund would be given on proof of postage back to them in....Brazil.
The cost of return would be more than half the price of the garment.
Fortunately after contacting Paypal they refunded my outlay.

Scam , my order never arrived and nobody want to answer

Ordered a jacket 2nd December. Email on 10th to say it was still on the way. Tracking says it has been shipped. No responses received when tracking. I had to speak to my bank to get my money back. Wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered but seems a definite scam!

azienda totalmente inaffidabile visto che sto ancora aspettando l'ordine pagato il 10 dicembre. Alla mie numerose email mi hanno risposto soltanto 1 volta. Non consigliabile

Fosse per me non ne darei proprio stelle…anche io ho ordinato un cappotto, oltre a non essere mai arrivato non rispondono alle varie mail!

Ho acquistato un cappotto prima di Natale per mio figlio, non è ancora arrivato, continuo a scrivere mail per avere informazioni e non mi risponde nessuno, con il numero dell' ordine non è possibile tracciare il pacco primo perché spesso e volentieri la pagina non si apre e secondo perché le poche volte che si è aperta, inserendo il numero di tracciamento viene fuori la scritta che il pacco non è tracciabile. Sono quasi sicura, a questo punto, di essere stata truffata. Non comprate da questo sito, mi raccomando.Denuncero' alla polizia postale.

Truffatori, ordinato cappotto il giorno 8 dicembre 2025, mai arrivato e non rispondono alle mail.

Ordered a coat in October. Email confirmation & tracking provided but useless as went nowhere. Had email to say coat was delivered on 14th November but nothing received. Messaged to ask for proof of delivery followed by 10+ further emails. Still haven't had a single reply. Definite SCAM.
