Great experience with iCert Global—clear course material, knowledgeable trainer, and quick support. Passed my certification on the first try. Highly recommend.

Recently took part in the PMP program and I should say it was really a good session , learned alot and helped me come out of the smokescreen and now I'm clear as a water .

I am sure they will say they have no record of speaking with me. However, iCert reached out to invite me to teach and sent some materials, after which communication ceased with no explanation. Emails were ignored. While I understand their plans may have changed; disappearing without notice shows a lack of professionalism. Instructors deserve communication so they can prepare well or use the time for other things. I had initially dismissed reports of slow responses and communication issues with this company; but my experience reflects it.

I’ve taught multiple PMP courses for ICert Global in the past with no issues, but this most recent experience has been completely different. I taught a course in June 2025 and am still waiting on the full payment months later. They acknowledged in writing that a remaining balance was owed and would be sent in the next payroll, but nothing has been resolved. I’ve followed up repeatedly from July through mid-September and now my emails are being ignored. This is unprofessional and disrespectful of instructors’ time and work. Based on this experience, I would not recommend partnering with ICert Global unless you’re comfortable chasing down money you already earned.

My experience with iCert global is commendable. I greatly benefitted from their mock exams, which have tons of scenario-based questions. I passed my PMP exam on my first attempt.

No one is replying on their official email. I have been waiting to get a response on the course module for months now. I tried emailing them quite a number of times, not sure it they are in business.

The operations are being run offshore with no full-time instructions. They pay instructors below the legal minimum wage in my state which seemed more like a scam.
I would avoid them since 1) Instructors are anyone with certificates that they recruit on LinkedIn. 2) They pay professional PMP instructors as little as $15 per hour in NYC which can only tell you what the quality and greed level is.

Stephen Mercer was our instructor that led on PMP training. He did a great job of compiling a large amount of information into a comprehensive fashion. He used real world applications to explain application of terms and definitions. He was engaging with students and welcome to questions amd clarification inquries.

We took training from Rakesh Sir for PMP who has extensive training xperience in training professionals. He spends extra time if we need it without hesitation his guidance helped us to study better. As an institute iCert really ensures we are comfortable in the class rooms while the online training’s has become a norm these days class room training is not requested by anyone but they accommodated for the group of 3 people without saying no. Their support after is also nice. We can go for this institute

For the past 3 years I have gotten non-stop spam from this company. Constant emails about "PMP Exam Bootcamp". None of the emails had the company name. After responding to one and pretending to be interested, I got through to a person and it was iCertGlobal. All these reviews are clearly generated and fake as well, most likely a scam site.

I want to thank you trainer of ICERT GLOBAL for all the hard work you put into teaching the Certified Ethical Hacking course. Every lesson was defined by a passion for the subject matter, which made learning engaging and enjoyable. Wide-ranging expertise in cybersecurity and ethical hacking allowed the concepts we discussed to have practical application. I'll apply the skills I've learned in this course throughout my career, and I'm eager to employ them responsibly in the cybersecurity sector. Once more, I'd want to express my gratitude for making the Ethical Hacker course a memorable and rewarding experience. In the future, I intend to enroll in more courses. Thank you- iCert Global.
