Excellent Experience from A to Z!
The experience was excellent all the way through. Devin was always accessible either immediately or with short notice. The most important item to me was that the beginning matched the end. In other words the sizzle matched the steak and that is extremely rare these days. I would highly recommend Devin and Iadvance for any funding needs.

If you get Mario and Nicholas, just cancel your application.
It seems like Mario and Nicholas are the duo designated for dead-end applications. Like every other reviewer who has had the misfortune of being assigned to them, they called me with approvals and then ghosted. As posted on numerous occasions in this forum, Nicholas does not answer his phone. Going on a week with no follow-up.
