The team at Hugo and Ted are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and any questions are always answered in such a friendly way. The hand made products are made exquisitely to the highest quality. Everything fits perfectly and last so well, even after going through mud and then being washed so much. The best thing is that doggos and hoomans can match. Would give more than five stars if I could!

Millie loves her custom personalised dog fleeces, as they help to keep her dry and clean on walks and help her dry off after dreaded bath times! We are obsessed and I think Millie now has a better wardrobe than me!

I can’t recommend Hugo and Ted enough! Charlotte is very helpful with helping you measure your dog and give you advice on what would suit your dog best. My dog is not the biggest fan of harnesses going over her head so these are perfect as she can step into them! Everything is made to fit your dog and all humans sizes are too!

Really pleased with our first Hugo & Ted purchase. I am SO impressed with the fit and quality of the harness. We have a skinny vizsla and struggle to get the right fit but this is perfect! We also have the towel robe, jumper and snood ready for when the temperature drops.

Beautiful fabrics to choose from and such a personal touch

Bought a snuggle sack for my puppy daschund a couple of months ago. After my puppy yelled in pain, I discovered a sowing pin lodge in the bag.
Customer service response was totally careless. No questions asked about my dog or my details. I am baffled

I ordered a jumper dress for myself. They say you can have any length. I told them I was 5 foot one inch and wanted it on my knee and in a large. It arrived very much shorter more like a top. To save the hassle of returning I would have kept it as a jumper but I cannot get my head through the neck hole. I messaged them and was told they cannot refund me - I can return the dress/top/jumper and if they sell it they will refund me. I have never ever come across this for an online purchase. If I push my head through and break the seam the neck will choke me. Do not buy from a seller that does not take returns - it's fraudulent as it was not highlighted to me when I made the purchase. the returns policy is pretty buried and could only find it after they told me where it was. I provided the right measurement for the length and they got it wrong- I did not provide a neck measurement as not asked about that and the item is unsuitable for the purpose it was intended for. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
