Once I got it to work, it was quite efficient.

The collection point doesnt exist . Wasted my day driving around looking for the day. When called, was given a different collection point , even that didnt exist . Calling third time got hang up. In my opinion this is a fraudulent establishment . Waiting for my refund for the service i paid for and never provided .

This product allowed me to clean my carpet very well.

Verifierat

It's easy to use and does a great job. I was quite amazed about the dirt it extracted from the carpets. But you can see the difference afterwards, once the carpets have fully dried. Cleaner and fresher look. Stains are not really being removed fully. Stains should be pre treated before using this machine.

Excellent product when properly serviced

It’s good of water sucking as carpet get almost dry after use it’s cleaning good but could be better if those have brush build in so if you got some stains I would recommended to rinse than brush before using machine

Verifierat

It was really good although the instructions that came with it were very hard to read causing me to look online instead

Verifierat

The machine had a severe leak and left big pools of dirty water on my floor - which defeats the object of hiring the carpet cleaner in the first place.

Verifierat

Good peice of kit for domestic use.

Verifierat

Did the job & carpet much cleaner than it was

Verifierat

Didn't have an even spray, wouldn't spray for ages and had to keep fiddling with the switches before it eventually started spraying

Verifierat

It cleans carpets well and hiring it saved a lot of money compared to paying someone to come in to clean carpets. What more could you want?

Verifierat

Good quality and value for money but little bit expensive for hire.

Will certainly use this product again and would recommend. One tip though, don't just do one clean of your carpet. Do a few at least. It doesn't take long but will make all the difference

Verifierat

does the job and easy to use

Verifierat

Used it before, so quite happy with the results

Verifierat

You dont think it is working until you see the colour of the water coming from it. great job

Verifierat

Easy to use, performed as promised

Have booked the Karcher small Carpet Cleaner before. Comes with a long stick and carpet nozzle on the end of rubber tube attachment for the liquid to spray and suction. It’s ok but there was some leakage. Bought my own 1L carpet cleaning solution and spot spray for my small house, and managed to do the whole job in about 90 minutes

Cleaner left the carpets looking like new
