H.Samuel - Worthing Omdömen 

I popped into the store today on the off chance of getting a link put into the strap on my watch. A charming young lady called Maria kindly put a link onto my watch in no time at all. Not only was this done very quickly but was also told therewas no charge. Thank you so much for such fantastic service.

Jane was wonderful, she fixed my watch perfectly. It didn’t take much time.

I went to get my children’s ear piercings there twice in 12 months and could not recommend H Samuel enough for the quality of the earrings and the customer service. The young girl who did my daughter’s ear piercing was so friendly and made the experience for my daughter worthwhile. Would definitely recommend H Samuel.

I had to return a watch that was purchased for me by my wife as a birthday present about 6/7 months ago, but the strap failed and the manufacturers initially refused to replace the watch. All the staff at the Worthing branch went above and beyond to ensure the manufacturers eventually agreed to replace the watch. My wife and I are extremely grateful to the staff for all their efforts.

Tim's a legend... I've been into store this afternoon to have my watch strap adjusted... it's a watch that my boys bought me this month for my birthday, so not from H Samuel. No worries, Tim was on the tools as we shared stories from life and our careers. Fantastic CX and we'll be back soon.

Yesterday 20th of February I went into H Samuel Worthing to have my watch calibrated and was served by the manager Tim.
He done an excellent job and is a credit to the store for his knowledge and helpfulness.

One star is too generous. Went to the Worthing shop at 4:45 looking to purchase a watch I had looked at in there the previous week. All the shutters were down and the front halfway, when their website says they close at 5! I had to crawl under the front shutter only to be shooed away by the rude and dismissive manager. Went to another jewellers and although they was close to closing they welcomed me in. Will never be coming g to a Samuel’s shop again.

Went to h Samuel to buy a watch manager said I am closing at 4.45 when they close at 5 he was rude and said what do you want I already went in at 4pm got the watch went back at 4.45 went to pay the card machine was not working he said I don't get paid after 5 pm and never got the watch thay said come back tomorrow we open at 11 he is a horrible old man who should give his job to someone who wants to work to do that to a disability person is disgusting and should lose his job if you are in the shop before it closing thay must serve you a couple was in the shop and came out at 5.10 DON'T BUY THERE WAST OF TIME I WILL NEVER SHOP AT H SAMUEL AGAIN

Went to Worthing branch 3 weeks ago, and my wife saw a sapphire ring she wanted. Manager said they didn't have her size in stock, but to come back on Sunday and they would have correct one.
Paid for ring and gave phone and email addresses.
Went back on Sunday to be told order was cancelled, after we had driven 12 miles to get there. There hadn't bothered to contact us to say it was cancelled.
'Assistant' said she could send the ring they had to be resized, at no cost, to which we agree.
2 weeks later we had email saying it was ready in shop.
Went to store, another 12 miles, only to be told that it wasn't in yet!
Now thoroughly fed up with them. Asked for a refund, but told they couldn't give me one, I would have to come back, AGAIN, and see the manager.
Have never encountered such an unprofessional company.
Will never go in any Samuels shop again.

Awful experience online. I tried to order a necklace 6/7 times only to go to a dead Web page.
Found this incredibly frustrating. Switched device and there was no issue

Just the most awful customer service (Worthing). My diamond fell out of me engagement ring & was lost, took into Worthing Store & it took over 30 minutes for two staff to work out the system to get it sent away. I received two text messages with totally different reference numbers so didn't know which one was correct. They only gave me the quote verbally at first so had to request in writing as needed it for the insurance company. The quote arrived slating the design of the ring, said the settings were not correct to hold stones securely & the quote to repair was £400 more than the original ring cost. I queried the wording of the quote & the branch manager (who comes with added attitude) told me that and I quote "the repair shop don't know this type of setting - I have 31 years experience - they can only choose from the system certain things to add to a quote' I requested on 22 September my ring be returned to me for a second opinion. I chased this up on 2nd October - where I was accused of lying (said that I hadn't been into shop to cancel - until I described the sales assistant). I then received a phone call from the unhelpful branch manger who wanted to know how I had found an expert to repair this type of ring! (none of his business) & he could 'knock' off £300 from the quote - not sure he comprehended it wasn't about the cost. I received a text message on 5th October to say my ring was ready for collection - went into store no such thing 'system error' apparently. Finally returned my ring on 7 October - 6 weeks! I took the ring into an independent jewellery shop & what a difference - repair is half the cost & couldn't have been more helpful. Despite raising a complaint over the whole sorry episode & request 6 times for a senior manager to contact me - still waiting. Would never shop here again.

Thank you Becky and Tim wouldn't trust anyone else with my watch repairs. H Samuel's in Worthing are great and good customer service always.

The manger of Worthing West Sussex branch Tim was the best manger I’ve ever come across very very helpful and got things done for me I was desperate for my rings to be sorted he sorted it in no time at all . I recommend H SAMELS of Worthing to anyone and thanks again for everything Gary watts

I bought some earrings for my granddaughter the service was excellent I also entered a raffle and won second prize

We wanted a reasonably priced watch for my wife for everyday use. Becky helped us to choose the right one - courteous, professional all the way through. We would certainly shop again at H Samuel Worthing!

Went into H Samual Worthing and was greeted and helped very kindly by Jayne who offered excellent help with a watch and was very friendly. Couldn’t of asked for a better service, quick and reliable with a great staff member in Jayne.

I would like thank Tim for his help which went above and beyond - my partner purchased me an eternity ring for our 10 year anniversary which was on 27th May. Unfortunately it was the wrong size, however, Tim after ringing around various stores managed to locate the correct size and arranged for it to be delivered overnight, so that I had the ring in time for our anniversary. I am still so thrilled and delighted with the help and service I received, thank you so much, Tracie

Went to fix my necklace o 04/04/2023 and my experience was amazing, I felt very well treated, and the service was amazing.
Thanks Tim for the amazing work and for being very professional. I hope you should teach some people the meaning of deal with people. Great for you as a Human being and good for the company reputation.

Went to HS Samuel's Worthing to get our Wedding Rings from Tim - he was so helpful it was unbelievable - from style help to information about the metals he knows his stuff & is honest with it too! So wedding rings now purchased I went in to get Bridesmaid bracelets and Tim was excellent at helping pick out the right type & at a great cost! Thanks Tim for all your help & I am sure we will see you again soon! Kerry & Graham

Feeling a bit peeved. I took my ingolsole watch to Worthing Samuels for a battery. Was told it would have to sent away. Paid £35 and after a couple of weeks was told battery could not be fitted as the model was no longer made.Ref:R-13197768-C2BO. After picking the watch up I took it to another watch repairer. Took 10 minutes to fit a new battery. Now it’s working fine.
