H.Samuel - Workington Omdömen 

I have been to this store reccently a couple of times to make a purchase and for repairs on jewellery I have had for a long time. I was happy with what I bought, and the repairs, but I have to say the customer service I received was excellent. The ladies who here are so lovely, they really are a credit to the company.

Alex in the Workington store is a credit to the store as she is excellent at what she does and very knowledgeable I would recommend anyone to use the Workington store as they are very friendly.

I would like to say a big thank all the staff in h samuals Workington very lovely ladies top notch service I would dream of go anywhere else apart from h Samuel very very helpful in this store I would recommend it all the time

The staff were very accommodating helpfull and spent the time showing me the items and explaining things about it to, even with regards to the amount you could spend I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying jewellery and anything else they sell.

Workington H Samuel in Cumbria is a great shop staff and friendly and helpful and nothing is much trouble for them

This branch has a really good team of staff, mainly Kate & Hazel plus another girl. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the stock when I asked a question.
I would definitely recommend this branch to other people.

I found a watch i liked on HSAMUEL website and headed to see if it was in store before i made my purchase, unfortunately it wasn't but the woman who looked after me showed me a few others including 1 that even she liked and for half the price i initially went in to spend. Needless to say i purchased this new watch and pleased it was pointed out to me. Fantastic service and high quality products. Not my first purchase from HSAMUEL over the years and certainly won't be my last.
