Very helpful

The young lady was very helpful in the shop, showed us all about the watch we bought, was very pleasant and chatty really nice person to do business with.

We arrived at h samuel in rhyl to choose our wedding rings and zoe the manageress was very helpful indeed the shop was very clean especially with the coronavirus pandemic going on at the moment we where really looked after

My wedding ring

I wanted a repair on my wedding ring and the service i received from the staff was excellent, everything was explained to me of the cost and time it would take. I was extremely impressed with the condition of my ring when I got it back, it was like new considering it is 38 years old!!!
