Excellent service from start to finish

I ordered online, delivered to my house quickly but i had ordered the wrong size. Took to store at Serpentine Green and was assisted in getting the correct size when I collected a couple of days later. Happy happy happy

quick and stressfree

Ordered baby bangle for my niece for her first birthday. She was so in awe and smiled such a happy smile and gave me a little wet kiss. The shipping was quicker than expected.

Great customer service!

I had a fault with a purchase I had made, staff were friendly, apologetic and had no quibbles in helping me by ordering a new item. Was a breath of fresh air to receive good customer service.
