Do not get a repair done here they are unable to give a time frame or estimate. Better off going somewhere that can give you that.

I was in collecting a bracelet that had…

I was in collecting a bracelet that had been repaired and at the same time I asked if it was possible to take some links out of a watch strap (the watch wasn't bought in this shop ) and they did it without any problems I know some jewellers aren't really keen on doing this if it's not been bought from their shop, the sales assistant was helpful and friendly

Excellent service. Assistant very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the various pieces of jewellery which cold match. She is an asset to your shop . Good prices
