Battery for my watch.
I needed a replacement battery for my watch. I’d bought the watch from the same H Samuels store two years ago in Cardiff. The lovely man who dealt with me was extremely kind and friendly. He told me how much it would cost and fitted the battery for me. He told me beforehand that the waterproof seal would be broken but another seal could be fitted, I declined that service, I cannot complain about anything during my visit, I encountered nothing but helpfulness and kindness.

I ordered a necklace online to collect from the cardiff store it was already half price and an extra 20% off but the manager still treated me as though Id made an expensive purchase made sure I had a good condition box it was so lovely I said I would tell everyone how good H Samuel is and that people shouldn t dismiss it as poor quality and service it is the complete opposite.

Exceptional service, the young lady that served me was brilliant. Really wish I could have remembered her name to give her a shout out. I was buying a Saint Christopher for my daughters birthday so hopefully she'll remember. Keep up the good work.

Ordered some silver earrings online to click and collect from nearest H. Samuel situated in St Davids Centre Cardiff. Received a text within 30 mins informing me that the item was ready to be collected. An extremely prompt and efficient service.

Cardiff St David store is excellent.
Very good service at the Cardiff St David store there was a small error which they resolve expertly and every member of staff i dealt with knew what was going on.

WE were impressed
WE were impressed by the courteous manner in which the manager treated us although we were only buying a low cost pair of earrings he treated us as if we were buying a more expensive item in a friendly and professional manner.
