Visited H Samuel in cannock to look before ordering online and the woman was so welcoming, helpful and really helped us find what we were looking for. Thank you so much for your help.

I bought a nice watch for my dad on father's Day but I had know idea about watches but the women saw that I looked a bit lost on all the choices and explained the differences between nearly all the watches do that I could pick the right one they were very polite and patient as the store was about to close before I got there, overall great staff and a great store.

The girls in the store were very helpful, friendly and greeted me with a smile and that smile didn't go away..... the lady I saw (Gemma) knew her stuff and was very helpful. I can't praise her and the store enough. Definitely be going back if I need any jewellery or watches in the future.

I was very disappointed that my wife received a call at home to say they the surprise gift I had bought for her birthday was ready to collect.
I spoke to the shop and they said they weren’t sure whether I’d received the email (although I had). They didn’t ask to speak to me personally and I would have expected a little more discretion from yourselves!!

Took my watch back as faulty and Donna couldn't have been more helpful, unfortunately my watch couldn't be repaired but as insured tried to get replacement but discontinued. Went to the Cannock to buy a watch just for everyday wear. A lady named Gemma served me and was very helpful. While I was there I came over faint and light headed. All the staff were so kind and concerned. After a time I felt better. I needed the watch strap making smaller and it wasn’t a problem at all. After wearing the watch for a few days it was still too loose so I went back to the shop and Gemma sorted it out for me. The shop is geared up very well as regards Covid precautions and it was a pleasure to shop there.
