We came to get my ears pierced and it was a very easy , smooth process. The staff were lovely , Escpecially Mia , who did the piercing !🤩☺️🤩☺️

Visited the store 4th July, 2 members of staff, one customer (who was being served). I looked around and had to approach staff to ask to look at something (not an issue for me), I asked to see a few items, was asked which one, I said I’d like to try a few and was greeted with a scornful “well I can only take one out can’t I”. I walked away. The girl serving clearly had no interest.

I recently purchased a watch at the Bromley store, I made it clear I was not going to be the last of the big spenders that day, and duly no pressure was put on me at all to buy more than I wanted or could afford. The lovely person in the shop helped me find the right watch in my price range and then took a very impressive amount of time and care in making sure it fitted correctly. Excellent service and products, thank you

Website is easy to navigate, straight forward, lots of genuine product and also lots of payment options to choose from. Would definitely recommend.

During the festive period I purchased an item for my daughter for Christmas.. I was indecisive and the young lady was very helpful in assisting me in buying something special. Amiah has good customer service skills and was able to dedicate sufficient time although the shop was busy.

I could not be happier with the ear piercing service I received on Friday from Bina!! I got my helix done and she was sooooo lovely, friendly and knowledgeable! She answered all my questions, completely reassured me and just like that it was over. 10/10! 14 carat white gold stud was only £35 so super reasonable prices too. If you want your ears done, this is the place to come!! I took my friend today but both the ladies who provide the service were both off so she's going to go back when they are in. Super, super happy!!! My piercing looks and feels great!

The customer service received by the store manager Jaylen was exceptional. I encountered an issue after placing an order and Jaylen went above and beyond to ensure the issue was rectified in a timely manner and that I was happy. She also took the time to go through the benefits of insuring my product but not in a way that I felt pushed into it. I will definitely be back here its rare that you receive this kind of customer service. Thank you Jaylen.

Smooth and efficient website for exclusive offers and discounts deals

I bought a Seiko watch online with H.Samuel. Within a few months it was losing time so I went to the Bromley store and it was sent off for repair. On return it started gaining time so I went back to the Bromley store ready to stand my ground on it not being fit for purpose when Jaylan, the store manager, without hesitation said she would replace it with a brand new watch. I then went back to collect the watch when Hannah spent a lot of time trying to remove some links, apologising all the time because it was a tricky band. Eventually it had to await Jaylan's return and it was then sent to me Special Delivery so I didn't have to go back in-store to collect it. Customer Service is crucial to how the retailer is perceived and the service I received was exceptional. It would definitely make me go back for any future purchases. Well done Jaylan and Hannah you've served your store well!

I came in here this afternoon to buy a gift from my husband. I was warmly greeted by friendly young lady (Hannah Steffen) who was willing to do all she could to help me find the perfect gift. I was looking for a watch, of specific design and colour. Hannah looked behind the stock room, she looked in all the drawers, she had second and third looks behind the stock room to look for what she thought I would be looking for. She even keep my little one entertained by finding him some colouring bits (highlighters) and some paper - he was happy!

Even after all of her searches within the store, I wasn't able to settle on any of the really lovely options available within the store. But what I just wanted to highlight was just how friendly, kind, and generous with her time Hannah was.

This type of service has encouraged me to come back and visit H.Samul (The glades - Bromley) for other items. Hannah Steffen definitely epitomised "Good customer service" for me. Keep it up!

I picked my gorgeous engagement ring @ bromley branch ,paid the deposit as my ring was in stock ,fast forward 1 week the day I was supposed to go for a fitting I received an email saying my ring was out of stock .disappointed as it took a week to notify me and I was told they would contact another branch for me and let me know if they had the same ring in stock .........after waiting for the phonecall which never came I've requested my money back .so disappointed with H Samuals.

Had to do an exchange for a Xmas present, with the virus closing down the shops and myself suffering with ill health I couldn't get to town until June. The sales assistants in my local store (Bromley) were fantastic, really helpful and patient as I had some money left over so wanted to treat my neice and she kept changing het mind, (she's only 3). Made me feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend the Bromley store. Thank you!

I was very happy with how quickly the ring was ready and the proper size. The prize was reasonable as well. I loved it.

We were looking for the perfect gift for my mum's birthday. The staff member, whom my wife had experience with before, was very helpful. We left very pleased.

The shop itself was very clean, and staff presented themselves well. An altogether pleasant experience.

I bought a watch got it home and it had a flat battery not checked by staff and had to return to get replaced

I went in a random Sunday Afternoon and for me, this was Mission Impossible as it is for an engagement ring.

The staff were with me the whole time and were very cooperative and understanding as I was trying to be as discreet as possible.

Again on picking up the item, the staff were very friendly and treated everyone equally with a smile and their helping hands.

My family and I was given a warm welcome to the shop and was treated like celebrity. I appreciate the manager whom her courtesy is unprecedented. Keep the good work lady Leanne Verrall. God bless you.
