Superb customer support and range of products in store
The store in Cabbot Circus, Bristol, has a very spacious layout with a very pleasing variety of pieces on display from the range of brands that they sell, my personal motive for shopping in the store was for a new watch from Seiko, and out of the many retailers who sell Seiko this was the one store in Cabbot Circus who had the brand in store with a beautiful selection on display from the many they sell. The customer assistant worker there was very helpfull and knowledgeable leaving a perfect memorable purchase experience.

I visited the Bristol Cabot circus…
I visited the Bristol Cabot circus branch recently and was presented with a rude supervisor. I simply asked one of the training assistants (which I didn't know until the supervisor made it loudly clear to me), to please assistant when she was ready. The supervisor didn't allow the assistant to respond but aggressivly told me she had to put other jewellery away before she could serve me. The supervisors tone was unnecessary and made me feel like I didn't want to make my purchase. The only reason I did was because I had travelled from swindon for this specific product.
