Bought large gold locket from h.samuel couple years ago £430 same locket now priced at over £800.......This is a awful, very cheap gold both locket & chain very light weight, have only worn around my home couple times in past couple years, I've just gotten it out again & have noticed the locket is not closing securely anymore, pressed down very lightly too try get it to lock & now it has a dent in it ,this should not have dented so easily was just trying to get it too lock,my advice if you want a quality gold locket that is going to last more than 5 minutes go to a more reputable jeweler who dose not use cheap, very weak gold !

The service we received in the Bristol Cribbs Causeway store was brilliant, we were looking for a watch for our sons 18th birthday and Alfie certainly knew his stuff, really helpful, friendly and not a pushy salesman, we eventually purchased from him even though other stores had the same product but because of the service and knowledge Alfie displayed it was a no brainier for us.

Lovely staff but poor quality jewelry, necklace broke quickly but luckily had insurance for repair.

I’d advise anyone not to use this store, purchased a watch from here for my partner for a Christmas present, the watch was 9 months old and the crown come out. We took it back they said it would be sent off for repair after 4 weeks of them having it they called to say they needed proof of purchase ( they already had that when we took it into the store ) 8 weeks later we had a call to say the watch would cost us £70 to fix ( apparently they was giving us a 10% discount for messing us around ) let’s bare in mind the watch was less than ten months old.. clearly I wasn’t happy went off to call customer services I was told they would get back to me.. we decided to get the watch back and get it done else where.. after being told the watch was In store we went to collect it.. the person serving is was very rude and told us the watch wasn’t at the store and would have to get it sent back to the store at this point news FUMIMG told her we wanted it back didn’t want It fixed after being told again they could fix it at a price.. on the way out all she was doing was giving me the daggers so I told her not to look at me like that she then said she would look at me however she wanted.. now I’ve had training in customer services and that’s not how you should act and in know means should you argue with a customer..
she was call d a jobs worth and I left.. couple of hours later we had a call from an area manager who told us we wasn’t allowed back in the store and our behaviour was unacceptable, ( not letting us get a word in edge ways ) after reading other reviews I can confirm the customer services is dire I’d rather pay double to get the watch fixed than give this company anymore of my money

Terrible company would never deal with again! Took my money for a ring that was supposedly in stock in another store and due for delivery, 7 days later the ring hasn't arrived and I'm being fobbed off each time I call. Have attempted to call the store where I placed the order to cancel and they've sent me to customer services who's opening hours are not flexible. Still waiting on a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Never again!

Great company. Easy website. Could do with more info on pieces of jewellery ie weight & thickness ect of gold.

I did not buy my ring from h Samuel
But I was told by friends that they repair rings so I decided to take it there for a repair and got it back with a few imperfections after 1 month of repair but it was fixed so I was ok with it and it only lasted 1 month and broke again so I had taken it back to get repaired again and after a week I got a phone call with a quote off £480 which is double the price of my ring so I was not prepared to pay that, then I phoned Costermer service with the issue and they have investigated it and called me back today and I got to speak with a lovely woman who was very rude and after I told her I will never show with you guys again I was welcomed with a nice slam of the phone. So on that note I will never go near h Samuels ever again they are very back at Costermer service and not helpful at all.

Bought an engagement ring 6 months ago, went in for repair 5 months later. Sent to the wrong place for repair, 6 weeks later still no ring back, no one answering the phones or emails. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely appalled a company like H. Samual can treat there customers like this after spending large amounts with them. I just want a full refund as don’t have faith in them anymore.

Extremely poor customer service my fiancé brought my engagement ring in 2019 and every year since we have had to replace the same diamond at no fault of my own may I add I never really wear my ring due to work so only wear this on special occasions and they are adamant there is no defect with this ring, after back and forth of going to the store and contacting customer complaint services after 2 months of agro they are refusing to replace or refund this ring.

I will never be returning to this store in the future and I will never recommend this shop to anyone. When your soul mate buys you an engagement ring to cherish and love but turns out to be a waste of money and a complete nuisance.

The manageress, Mrs Taylor and one of her collegues were amazing at hearing what I needed. A birthday gift for my wife. There was a bit of a wait with a "covid queue" but she was super attentive to my needs. Kind and understanding. Thank you! Great service, great smile and a happy customer.

Wedding rings ordered and delivered the following day. Young female assistant was very polite and helpful throughout. Excellent service all round.

The staff in H Samuel in Cribbs Causeway Bristol were very helpful I did two visits and were very helpful both times I went to sort out a watch and few other things looked at a few rings as well sadly could not reorder them.I have always had great service when ever i have used tis branch

Clean and tidy premises, and the young lady who served me was extremely helpful and attentive. Bought some items on sale for a birthday and a graduation gift, very reasonable prices on both. Will use this shop again.
