Visited Bon Accord Centre Aberdeen on friday as a quick stop off to enquire about my non-working watch. Sacha was very knowledgeable and helpful in the information she conveyed which gave me confidence in her abilities. Sacha then quickly and efficiently sorted my watch! Totally delighted at a friendly, quick and easy process!!

I visited this store almost 2 weeks ago, I was met by branch supervisor Gena..I had a rather personal shopping request and Gena made my visit to the store so much easier for me...taking time to let me decide exactly what I wanted to purchase. I cant praise Genas proffesionalism enough..way way above and beyond...these collegues are hard to come by..so please reward and hold on to her..Genas an assett to your business.Everytime Im in bon accord centre il be sure to call in and say hi...thanks Gena you helped make my special day!!...
