Poor service
Poor service. I was promised a call back the same day, the next day when I called again there was no apology and still no answer for my query. I feel that they are scrimping on quality. I have had Howdens kitchen cabinets before but the latest order was not the same. Definitely won't be using them again

Extremely helpful ad knowledgeable
Extremely helpful ad knowledgeable, Cory explained the benefits of the different work surfaces, as one was relatively new he said they hadn't had much feedback on it long-term properties, which helped us make our decision I would fully recommend using howdens for all future kitchen requirements

Excellent Customer Service
What a fantastic experience purchasing our dream kitchen from Howdens was and it was all thanks to Stevie.
Stevie couldn’t have been more helpful, he listened to what was important to use and took what we said and turned it into a reality. All his suggestions complimented what we already wanted but just made them that bit better and more functional.
He was never pushy and never once made us feel like we had to rush to put a deposit down or make a commitment there and then!
Would highly recommend buying from them.

Why can't I put 0 stars?
Why can't I put 0 stars?! I absolutely would not recommend ever buying anything from Howdens. I ordered my kitchen in October 2021 and it is now April 2022, I am still having issues with missing items. We have a delivery almost weekly where they drop off incorrect items, miss items off the orders, drop off damaged items. I do not know how this business is sustainable. The delivery costs to my address must be through the roof, even the delivery drivers laugh at how often they come. Howdens provided me with 19 doors as ordered but not enough architrave and are blaming me for not knowing that there was an incorrect amount of architrave per door (I did not order the amounts nor know anything about how much per door). Items I was under the impression were paid for last year had not been included on my invoice until delivery 6 months later and now I have been landed with a large bill - 6 months ago I ordered during a sale.

Really pleased with our high quality kitchen. Stevie the designer at workington branch was brilliant throughout and created a plan which was exactky what we wanted. Top service throughout, and hassle free especially when a faulty part needed exchanged

From an accounts point of view
From an accounts point of view, I do not pay invoice's until I am chased for payment. Many times, the invoice will say a due date, but was actually paid at the point of sale. When I called to ask why this is the case, the customer service assistant said it was a frequent issue.
Your statements are also very difficult to understand. Therefore to ensure I don't pay you in error, I only pay when chased for an invoice.
