Howdens - Worcester Omdömen 

From start to finish the process of designing, choosing and receiving my new kitchen was pretty straight forward. Nothing was too much trouble and my designer was extremely helpful in getting exactly what I wanted in the design. I'm extremely pleased with the quality and look of the kitchen now that it has been fitted. Customer service was excellent, above and beyond.

Wonderful service from Tom at worcester couldn’t be bettered

We were initially unsure about using Howdens as your website stated that it was for ‘Trade only’. However on speaking to the girls on Reception we were immediately put at ease.They could not have been more welcoming. Tom helped us design the kitchen and showed us all the options open to us. It was great seeing an image of what it would look like when finished. Again he was so friendly and knowledgeable.
We have just had our Howdens Kitchen installed and would like to express how delighted we are with it and the service we received from Howdens. It was fitted by Richard Houghton who was brilliant. He was punctual and friendly and kept us informed of exactly what he was doing each time. He also went above and beyond and even boxed the copper pipes in from a newly fitted radiator. Rich sorted out the other tradesmen including a plumber, plasterers, painter and electrician, Chris Goode who was also excellent. I would strongly recommend anyone to use Rich to install their kitchen. You know they’ll be in good hands.
Our experience of Howdens and all the people involved was exemplary and we would highly recommend them.

We’ve received first class service from Howdens. Whilst we used our own fitter, we used Howdens for help and advice in design and obviously sourcing the kitchen itself which we are delighted with. Ryan in particular is a credit to the company. He came out to survey, helped us to create the design we wanted and was always available for help and advice both before and after the kitchen was fitted. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him when we were redesigning, reordering or simply needing some advice. I knew if I dropped him an email, he’d reply promptly if he was in the office. Exceptional service. In addition, other staff we encountered were always helpful, friendly and efficient. A great experience for us at Howdens Worcester and will certainly recommend to family and friends. Thanks very much.

Horrendous company, terrible product, my carpenter at to reinforce all the kitchen cabinets, also provided the wrong product on 2 counts, also dont leave them to design they have no idea about the difference between a kitchen sink and a utility sink, will never use again

Very pleased with choosing Howdens for our kitchen. The design process was quick, easy and skilfully done by Ryan at Worcester - providing a design that was practical and met our wishes. It was great to see the displays and play around with the various counter/door options available to us in the store. When refining the design and getting the final quote we never once felt rushed or pressured. Our every interaction with Howdens has been helpful and professional - thank you!

Howdens were simply fantastic from start to finish.
Our new kitchen was quite complex in an old farmhouse (wonky walls and uneven floors),
but nothing was too much trouble for the team at Howdens (with a special thanks to Tom Wilkes our kitchen designer).
Howdens were very efficient with all aspects from initial consultations, design and supply.
We fitted the kitchen ourselves, but Tom was always on hand with answers when ever we needed a little guidance.
We cant speak highly enough of Howdens and have already recommended them to a friend currently renovating a house.

I can not thank Howdens in Worcester enough. My partner and I started our kitchen refit in 2021, or even 2020 😳. My partner Martin was a skilled tradesman but his cancer and work commitments for both of us over time with 4 kids between us meant that the essentials got done but nothing more. He died on the 1st September 2023 and the kitchen became the last thing I could deal with. Finally I found a wonderful carpenter, Barry, but a door was missing.
Discontinued, due to time taken, understandably.
Jess (I hope that’s right) took it upon herself to hunt down this door for us, and then would not accept payment which once back in the car had me in tears.
The kindness and effort put in by all is truly truly appreciated. I can’t thank you all enough. Martin was only 55 and died from a catastrophic heart attack when we thought he was getting better. It was and is still shocking and hard to accept but gestures like this, are happy tears. Thank you so much guys 🙏🏻🥰

With regard to HJ Worcester Store I would particularly like to thank Ryan for his extremely professional advice & support. I cannot fault the service that he provided.

I would also like to thank Jess & Rhiannon on reception, who on several occasions received & addressed my queries with reassurance & due diligence.

Lastly I would like to mention Dean who fitted the quartz tops. He is highly skilled craftsman & his attention to detail can only be described as exceptional.

We initially bumped into Julie from Howdens whilst we were looking at bathroom a few door down from Howdens Worcester and from that we arranged to pop in and discuss the possibility of a new kitchen.

From the off we were treated well and was patently walked through options and possibilities, given we didn’t have a clue about price of product options.

Zac and Later Tom set about a design for us to consider and adjust. I have to say this was an invaluable experience together with a final home visit to sense check measurements.

The before and after transformation of our kitchen is breathtaking on a lot of levels, the quality of the product itself, first class. We opted for no door handles, a great decision.

New cooker, hob, fridge and fan planned into the purchase.

2024 has been a year where we future proofed our home, full rewire, new gas boiler, fire, complete redecoration, new doubled glazing, new light fittings and new flooring throughout…… the list goes on.

The whole Howdens team have been totally supportive of our journey to transform our kitchen and we are over the moon with it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A big well done to Calum McKay our fitter for an outstanding job.
