The worst customer service experience
The worst customer service experience. I was told that the drawer front that I returned had been templated by me and that they couldn’t give me a refund. All I had done was opened the packaging and compared the drawer front with the one I had to see if it would look ok. I decided that it didn’t repackaged the drawer front and took it back to the depot. I was met by such a rude shop assistant who after opening the package looked at it and pushed it back across the counter whilst saying I can’t refund that as you have templated it by drilling 2 holes into it. I told her that’s the way it was when the box was opened and I had done absolutely nothing to the drawer front. She added that she had given it to me in a sealed box and that the box had been opened. The shop assistant has a very bad attitude and after she had consulted with the manager she said ok on this occasion will give you a refund. When I challenged her about her attitude she said you’ve got your refund now leave the shop. In fact she said more than once that I should just leave the shop. I don’t think I have ever experienced such bad customer service in my entire life.

No the best experience they got my order wrong 3 times and products were experience compared to other suppliers. Staff are helpful though
