Picked up oven, hob and extractor, staff are always very polite and helpful and keep in touch with you. Haven’t fitted items yet so can’t give a review but the price was excellent.

Order a kitchen unit £10k ++
1) Ordered a kitchen which I not ready to install until builder give instructions but got forced need to take it and put in storage paid extra £84 a month ( which this was sorted so was ok )
2) after all kitchen unit ready to be install , end panel not receive, the door size which 2 delivered was wrong go back to the store give me another one and charge again ask if I bring back the wrong size they will credit me which is fine , give me the plime or or whatever long panel is 2 of them was wrong colour , give me 1 black and 1 white which my cupboard was grey colour , I am absolutely upset , that I was told HOWDEN is a very big company why this can be wrong but I’m sure everyone will get wrong so is ok , I bring back and they exchange for me without apologies
3) the door given wrong size they no accessories give to me I have to call and ask pass to different people and this sorted in 1 day ☹️which is not acceptable because I have to pay builder every day and they are waiting to install the kitchen unit !
4) the washing machine panel should have in or order but is not arrive ( I go to pick up and they charge me £34 as I had enough so just pay keep quiet and walk away !
5) the boiler door and panel was ordered and is not deliver again
6) the very unsuccessful is the unit cupboards and door they given to me about 8 door are wrong size I bring back they end up said because is unbox so they can let me return ! So how when I order from you , you told me anything doesn’t fit in kitchen unit can be return and refund but now at the end nothing you can do .
So all if your or anyone is ordering from Howden please please please make sure everything is correct before you pay, they are very not responsible company and the sales person after sales and payment no show until now !!!!!!!! ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
Very very dissatisfied Howden Cwmdu Swansea

We bought an internal Glass Door in July 2022.
A Fully Qualified Carpenter fitted it.
The bottom of the door was dragging in December 2022, so the carpenter came back to adjust and plane a touch off the door itself.
Again, the Door has been dragging of late marking the tiles on the floor, so had a different carpenter look at it, for it would be embarrassing to ask the original carpenter to look at the door again.
It was pointed out that the cross-section of the door is coming out of the glued joint, which is the problem; there is a defect in the door itself.
I phoned Howdens and told them my problem. They said sorry, out of warranty, even though the problem is how the door was built. The Glue has given away in the joint.
After service with this lot is disgusting, the Door was not Cheap, over £100.00, You are a disgrace.
I am an Electrical Contractor. All our Accessories carry a 5-year Guarantee from the manufacturer, giving peace of mind to both ourselves and Clients who even go for a plate switch that only costs £1.50.
Never again will I use this lot again; the Door was not put together properly for some reason.
Would not recommend this lot to anyone

Our initial experience with the kitchen designer was really positive, Jenny was so friendly and warm every time we spoke or dealt with her. We discussed 2 kitchen colour options and we brought Jenny to show her a larder unit that we would like included in the quote I have a very bad back and the slide out larder would make my life much easier! On the first meeting we come away with a quote for two colour options. I really fell in love with the darker blue, however our kitchen is not the biggest so I discussed with my builder and we paid to have a Velux Skyline window fitted so I could now order the darker blue. We were very excited, I went in for the final visit to pin down my final choice of units, appliances etc, get the total cost and pay ready for delivery. After I paid I asked for my receipt and was advised that I would have this when the kitchen was delivered, for now I only had a colour print out of my final beautiful kitchen. I was not living full time at my home while the building work was taking place but my husband was there to take delivery of the kitchen, he was handed a photo copy of the items delivered that had been ticked off already, the delivery team said this was done as the kitchen was loaded to make sure everything was there, no receipt! My joiner 2 days later opened the boxes checked the kitchen was in good condition and completed the first fit. My builder then sent me a photo of the kitchen so I could see what it was looking like, I could not believe my eyes when I could see it was the wrong colour!!!! I was really upset, so called the depot straight away to let them know, this is when the service totally went down hill, it went from, shall I bring up a door of the darker kitchen to make sure you really like it to I must have changed my mind on the colour on the day I ordered and paid!!!!!! Could you imagine ordering a kitchen in one colour but having a final version printed in another! I then went back and forth with one of the managers who kept on saying he could only go by the evidence on the system when clearly it was a human error( this happens and I understand) what I cannot understand is when you are made out to be senile and did not know what you ordered!! I was also told we signed for the kitchen in the wrong colour I went to get a copy of this because days and days later I still have no receipt and was mortified to see that the signature on the paper work was not mine or my husbands! Every time I had to call the manager/depot, I would be told I would have a phone call and every time I would have to call them. Also on one occasion we were in the depot dealing with the manager that was eventually putting things kind of right for us and what I later found out was the depot manager come along side us and with a stinking attitude asked what the problem was, I told her we had the wrong colour kitchen delivered (this was the first time she made eye contact, did not introduce herself) she waved her hand in my face and said, “I know about that, are you now saying something is missing!” Charming, NOT! We did come to an agreement with Ashley the manager we had been dealing with, we kept the kitchen as we would have had to wait even longer to get our kitchen finished and more expense to get the new kitchen fitted. It also turned out we did not have the slide out larder but one with regular shelves! Ashley did put that right for us. It is really sad because my kitchen is really stunning, even if not my first choice of colour but this depot really needs to work on putting the customer first after they have taken their money and not making us feel like we are not valued after the sale. I would not say do not buy Howdens Kitchens but I would say do not use this depot and always make sure you have a receipt at the time of payment (as I would have picked up the wrong colour straight away). This is the first negative review I have ever left, this is how disappointed and upset I was. The two stars are for the kitchen, I would give zero based on the service.

I've delt with howdens for some time. I would never go with enyother company. Howdens are friendly and very helpful. If you need something changed .thay change it no matter what
