Fantastic depot, always worked with the team for years and love the energy and how I always feel so welcome.
Had many kitchens, bedrooms and joinery over the years.

So had the measurements for our kitchen. The kitchen we ordered came 2 days early, so had to rush to sort it out. Howdens didn't even send me or the builders measurements of where to put the cupboards so had to ring then to sort that. Then as it was coming together builders noticed we were sent a massive bottom cupboard instead of a small wall cupboard with door and 2 handles were missing. Had to ring to sort that... when they delivered it our builder noticed that there were no wall fixing/ hinges for the door and no pegs for the shelves. So our builder used some of his own thank god. Then i rung howdens Stourbridge which is where we brought it from, to ask if they could send some pegs so we can use the cupboard to be told " we have them in stock to fetch" i told them i didnt drive they said "get our builder to grab some and drop them off" not being funny but were not close to Stourbridge. Customer care they have none. As soon as they received our money for the kitchen that was it.....really disappointed....

Very helpful friendly staff, always try to get you the best deals.

Great service

Needed units to fit a fixed space made up of multiple stacked units - with doors taller than total unit sizes. Very very difficult to sort out sizes of units available to make up stack. Sizes of doors in particular styles was even more difficult to sort out.
Having done that, in going to order we discover the sizes on your sales system are always the same as the catalogue.
Arghh.

Visited Howdens Stourbridge today. I was served by Jon who was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I left with plenty of ideas and prices. I will definitely be returning.

I ordered my kitchen from Howdens Stourbridge, I was recommended a fitter who never even turned up, not a good start! The kitchen was delivered and once it was in the process of being fitted it became apparent that stuff was missing, damaged and some of it wasn't even my order!! Over the course of many weeks I had to go there possibly fifteen times to sort out these problems.
I spoke to the two best blokes over these visits on the front desk John and Dean, they helped me every time, they replaced damaged items, ordered missing items gave me advice etc. The thing that really impressed me was that they never doubted my word, never questioned me but instead just helped me. It would be really good if this was drawn to the attention of the store manager and he recognises how good they are with customers, for me they went above and beyond, both knowledgeable and professional and a great attitude to customers. I have given a five star review only because of these two....thank you John and Dean

We can't praise our kitchen designer/organiser enough, Faith was really thorough, helpful, professional and enthusiastic throughout the whole process, she also organised the t.v wall and utility and we are shortly going back for bedroom wardrobes and office furniture.
Very happy with the service.

Poor service, had to make numerous phone calls and personal visits to get the correct equipment required due to poor design and measurements. Dealt with at least 5 separate people in the office for my job. They tried to blame it on my fitter. Had a huge gap at the end of the units, granted they gave me a “free” panel to fill it. Plus some sink pipes worth £50 after I asked for them. Guy on the front desk was really helpful but could not do much without a mangers approval. Will not use them again

Been using Howdens stourbridge for years, fantastic depot, service and experienced staff.

I've used this branch to order doors over the last few months. Scott on the trade counter has been excellent. He made sure the doors were ordered in, in some cases from another branch, so there was no delay. Top-class service; which isn't always the case on trade counters. The prices were very competitive. Will definitely use Howdens for more doors.

I contacted Sheila after previously being dissatisfied with a response re the quality of my Mom’s kitchens units. Sheila took the time to listen and understand what was wrong . She went to great lengths to resolve my complaint and I am now happy with the outcome .
