Brilliant friendly service , with a smile !
Very knowledgable of their products with all staff going the extra mile .The manager and Julie , in particular ,helping out when a couple of extra small items required for our kitchen installation.

Sorted. No fuss
Was unsure on a couple of items and the team advised and let me amend the order a couple of times at short notice.
Quality gear and a decent price and ultimately Ive ended up with a very happy customer.

Excellent from start to finish , when I noticed a few minor things missing upon installation they couldn’t be more helpful and replaced on the spot …. Delighted with the product and customer care

I stupidly ordered two kitchen cupboards without checking the price because a few years ago my kitchen came from there and was very well priced. I was horrified to get the bill - when it was too late to go elsewhere. My fault entirely but I had not realised that apparently the discount you get is decided (randomly?) at the depot you open the account. An expensive mistake. I presume there is a good commercial reason for it but it certainly is a disincentive for small traders to use them.

On 2 consecutive days I was in the store James the salesman helped us get the correct order for our kitchen .
Very helpful staff.

I recently ordered some led connecting leads over the phone.
They were ordered and I was called when they came into stock.
on collection I was asked for £85 for 8 leads which is £10.60 wish each.
I was shecked and asked for a better price. I was told £35 an instant drop of 60% and an individual cost of £4.37 each
I purchased them as I needed them that day.
I could buy the same leads from Toolstation for £2.78 a saving of around a third.
Not really trade prices are they.

We had our kitchen from Howdens Stirchley, and from start to finish we can’t fault them. Absolutely brilliant customer service and so pleased with our kitchen. Thank you!!

The team at Howdens Stirchley need all the praise, we have our dream kitchen. From design through to delivery and taking bits n pieces back they've been excellent. Billy's support throughout the process was brilliant.

When we had a slightly larger issue, Andrew made sure we weren't disappointed for a moment longer than we needed with an excellent resolution and now we're even happier customers!

Bad acount management

Requested a quote for a new kitchen over six months ago. Had to chase status of quote, with money ready to pay, for 6 months. Eventually contract signed, money paid but after late delivery impossible to coordinate kitchen fitters with Howdens Quartz fitters as the latter were very busy. As a result of lack of coordination between the two I am now out of pocket by £450 to get things "coordinated". Please don't blame COVID as all of this could have been sorted out "from home", a luxury not open to me in my line of work.

I can’t thank my kitchen designer Julie H enough for the fantastic service I received, from the first design/planning stage through to the completed project.
And my eternal gratitude goes to Arthur who fitted the kitchen. Professional, excellent workmanship and a truly lovely man who worked wonders in the tiny space that is my kitchen. Not to mention all the flights of stairs he had to climb each day, with and without equipment!

My wife & I recently purchased a wall cupboard, base unit & sink, and work top for our laundry room on 12 Nov 2021 and were impressed with the facilities and the design and sales lady Julie Homer at Howdens Stirchley. We bought a new kitchen in 2020 from the same branch and the displays and CAD options were much improved.
My wife and I both thought that the Howdens Stirchley reconstructed premises were superb and a credit to Julie, the management and all the team at Howdens Stirchley.

Excellent service from membership application to loading the cargo onto a truck. I never thought a building supply company can provide such customer service, hat off for mini at strichley, Birmingham branch.
