Howdens - Shadwell Omdömen

I cannot recommend Howdens Shadwell highly enough! We received exceptional service from David, who helped us with the design and ordering of our new kitchen, along with everything we needed for the complete renovation of our flat.

David was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole process so much easier.

Maggi, who is also fantastic, certainly has a superstar on her team!

A huge thank you to David, Maggi and everyone at Howdens Shadwell for such outstanding service. It's rare to find a team so genuinely helpful and committed to their customers.

Well done to you all! We will definitely be ordering from you again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you!

Ish Ali at Howdens has been a fantastic designer and guide. He was patient, helpful and collaborative throughout, and took the bumps in my timeline in his stride. I would happily recommend him to anyone planning a new kitchen.

Great service& delivery, these acoustic panels are perfect

Del and Maggie have both been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable! The best Howdens we have ever visited!

I had an outstanding experience with Howdens Shadwell, and I can't thank Ish enough for all of his help.

From the very beginning, Ish was incredibly welcoming, professional, and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and never once made me feel rushed, despite me changing my mind several times throughout the design process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always happy to answer my questions and offer expert advice.

What really stood out was his exceptional customer service. Ish is an excellent communicator who genuinely cares about his customers and takes real pride in his work. His attention to detail, knowledge, and ability to bring my ideas to life gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, my dream kitchen has become a reality, and he also helped me design a beautiful bathroom that perfectly matched my vision.

In a time when truly exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Ish has completely restored my faith. He consistently went above and beyond, making me feel valued and supported every step of the way. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude are second to none.

Howdens should be incredibly proud to have someone like Ish representing their business. Employees like him are rare, and he is undoubtedly one of the biggest reasons I would return to Howdens and recommend the Shadwell branch to family and friends. He is an absolute credit to the company, and Howdens are very lucky to have him on their team.

Thank you, Ish, for making what could have been an overwhelming process such an enjoyable and memorable experience. You truly are a star!

Very good staff replay quikly and sortrd any problem

I am writing as a trade. Unfortunately, this is the second time that it is taking a really long time for Howdens to come back with a quote. I sent over a fully drawn up kitchen and asked for an estimate in return based on the cabinets in the drawings. And nothing! The time before when I had the Howdens visit to design a kitchen and price it up it again took weeks for them to come back with an estimate and even so it was missing the worktop that I was told they would send over the next day but never sent it at all.
Not worth the stress for me. Howdens is not really much cheaper than Wren, if at all, but the hassle and chasing with Howdens is too much to manage.

Great experience. K went out of his way to help me find what I needed. Fantastic customer service.

I was in a rush and was given excellent, quick and efficient service by K!

I recently called in with my Husband re: a kitchen fitting for our dream home. What I thought would be a really daunting and stressful process was made comfortable, smooth and seamless by K. He wasn't pushy or pressurising, instead he listened to our vision and concerns with utmost professionalism and care and detailed all the options available to us. REALLY appreciate a nice and sincere salesman which K absolutely is. Can't wait to see my dream kitchen come to life!

Amazing Customer service from K. Was on a tight schedule but quickly sorted me out and helped me with a big purchase. Brilliant stuff, couldn’t be happier with the service received.

Excellent service here in Shadwell and a big thank you to K who I was served by.

Came in for a kitchen design which was great by Ish and had a wonderful conversation with the counter guy while waiting who helped decide on what we wanted

I was looking at a new door for my kitchen when a very helpful store worker (‘K’) came over to help me. He gave me some good advice and helped me narrow it down. However, once the manager got involved the situation became nothing but over complicated and difficult. He was also rude very bluntly. I highly recommend this place but steer clear of the manager.
