We had our kitchen designed by Sid and he was great from start to finish! He gave us so much practical advice and yet made our kitchen design so modern and stylish! He was patient and totally listened to what we wanted! Our kitchen looks amazing and we are so happy!

Sid at Howdens Ruislip went out of his way to be helpful. Nothing seemed like a bother to him and he had good ideas and, unlike other companies, measured correctly! All in all I am very happy.

From the moment we met Sid at our property and at the planning/design meetings in store for our kitchen we got on brilliantly. Sid listened to our requests, gave us advice and made the whole process a fun experience. We are delighted with the final outcome of our new kitchen. We received excellent service from Sid whereby he made sure that we were happy with every aspect of our kitchen from the order and delivery right through to the fitting including aftercare follow up calls.

It’s fair to say Harry (and his team) was the best supplier we worked with through our whole renovation. Always professional, proactive, timely, expert, nothing was too much effort and he was always a pleasure to deal with.

Harry from the Ruislip branch, he’s the secret ingredient that made our experience and kitchen all baste and no trouble.

Me and my partner had an idea on what we wanted but welcomed ideas. Harry came across very professional, relatable and the patience of a supernanny. We continued to chop and change the plan which must of been frustrating even up to until the day we purchased our kitchen but Harry was there supporting and making recommendations. He truly did whisk us away with a pinch of humor and a dash of creativity.

Delivery was perfect also, all on time and with a smile too!. These guys truly are a cut above the rest and would continue to use them again for future projects.

Following the visit by xxxxxxx and subsequent appointment with the same designer at the branch to go through the final plan I was made to wait about 15 mins. And then I was informed that the plan wasn’t ready. Therefore, I ended up spending over two hours to go through the designs and the experience didn’t make me feel as if I was a valued customer. I got the impression that xxxxxx was thinking I was not serious about purchasing the kitchen units. And this showed in the exacerbated sighs being made. But I put aside my misgivings and awaited for the plans with the costings to be emailed to me. I was told that this information couldn’t be given to me while I was there.

Despite a few reminders I only received part of the information I needed to make a decision.

Therefore I was on the verge of going to another branch and rang the branch to let them know out of curtesy.

As luck would have it Harry Walker the manager answered the call and offered another appointment with the same designer which I declined.

Harry then asked if I would be happy to see him which turned out to be a very good experience. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Following this meeting with Harry we felt confident and happy to place our order which arrived on time as agreed. Harry is excellent and I would recommend this branch because of him.

Our neighbour who had her kitchen done a few months back told us about the Brilliant service she had received from Harry at Howdens Ruislip so when our kitchen needed redoing we requested for Harry to come out and design my kitchen…From the moment we spoke to Harry it was just an amazing experience! His knowledge in kitchen designing and understanding our requirements was incredible! During our in-store appointment he went through every unit in detail suggesting different features/accessories and also gave his honest thoughts on products which you rarely get these days!
100% would recommend! We also purchased our doors,flooring and skirting from here which made our life easier as it was a one stop shop for us and our builder! Thanks for all your help Harry you are real credit to the Company!
