Queensferry branch assisted our company with the design and the supply & delivery. Our point of contact was Christy Love-Fox. She was absolutely fist class, we cannot praise her enough. She covered everything and ensured that all materials/cupboards/appliances were correct. The overall project was very successful, mainly due to Christy and her team.
Our client was very pleased with the service that Howdens offered.

We received 1at class service from Howdens from the planning stage to receiving the kitchen and then we had an excellent couple of guys who did an awesome job of fitting our quartz worktops.

Good quality products
Good quality products, better than most other kitchen suppliers, only criticism is when buying standard flat pack drawer units the drawer fronts aren’t spiked/marked for the drawer unit, only for the upgrade units so require marking and drilling on site even though the installation manual shows they should be there, not a major issue but adds time to the installation schedule. Customer service is good in store.

Kitchen Design and service
Howdens - Queensferry:
After changing to this Howdens from a different Howdens store we were much more impressed with the service that we received. Christy was our design consultant and listened to what our requests were and gave us a couple of options based on them.
Following our design choice Christy was with us all the way through there was no pressure when we had to change delivery dates due to unforseen circumstances and when the units were delivered they were done so in a professional manner by the driving team.....A point to note is that Howden's units are delivered assembled which can be different to other well known kitchen suppliers....During fitting we had a few design changes that were easily managed and catered for including supply of items that were missing from parent supply companies.
All in all, I've received a friendly, 5-star service from Howdens Queensferry (and that includes the whole team) and will definitely be using them in future for other renovation supplies.
