Found the staff very helpful
Found the staff very helpful, our surveyor did measure our kitchen slightly wrong but we did have a good kitchen fitter who managed to get round it.

Fantastic experience
Purchased complete new kitchen and didn't know where to start. Counter staff were brilliant in leading us in the right direction and Jane who planned the kitchen was absolutely fantastic, turning what could have been a very stressful experience into one that was simple and straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble and attention to detail excellent. Couldn't wish for better. Thank you all.

Not happy with the quality or the service
Not happy with the quality or the service. We had decided on a kitchen from B&Q having already been to Magnate and Wren but our kitchen fitter wanted us to use Howdens. We provided them with the survey, details of what we wanted and they said they would match it with their own product. Two problems, firstly they don't want you in their shop as it's only for trade so you cant see anything, they gave us no personal time it was just bang, bang, bang that's it. OK they were not expensive but second problem was when the kitchen arrived it was not until after it had been fitted that we realised things were not as we had originally wanted. We are putting up with it because it's just too much hassle to argue the point and our kitchen fitter doesn't want to know now but we found their kitchen to be of very low quality, the stainless sink, hob and extractor are very cheaply made and easily scratch. It's an OK kitchen but don't be fooled by the name. If B & Q hadn't been so rude to us when we tried to order the kitchen we would have gone with them because it was the best quality one we'd seen for what we wanted!

Howdens are superstars
Howdens, kindly supported our charity by providing an excellent price on some kitchen units and fire door to enable us to make some improvements for our service which supports adults with learning disabilities. Without their support we would have struggled to complete all the work we wanted . We are therefore hugely grateful to the great team at this store who have been fantastic!
