Howdens - Norwich Omdömen 

I recently purchased some internal oak doors and knobs from the Whiffler Road Norwich branch. All the staff there were absolutely brilliant.
A particular mention must go to Danuta who went above and beyond. She was so so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

From the initial visit to the Whiffler Road branch we knew we were in good hands.
Steve Revell and Elliot Sauverin were excellent and exceeded our expectations.
We took 2-3 months back and forth to ensure we covered everything whilst we were preparing the plumbing, electrics and other building works necessary to facilitate the installation of our new kitchen.
Howdens not only supplied the kitchen units but we also had the Howdens Work Surfaces division survey, manufacture and install our Quartz worktops. This again surpassed our expectations and we are truly delighted with the whole experience.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Howdens Norwich Whiffler Road entire team to anyone considering a new kitchen!

Remarkably stress free, not what I was expecting when having the kitchen and utility renewed. Angie at whiffler road was great sorting the design and setting up the guy's who carried out the work which was performed to a high standard and with great professionalism . We are very happy both with the service and quality that were supplied.

Got the order sorted but was a bit of a chore as I’d ordered 2 lots of the same stuff and this seemed too much for the assistant to take in so only one lot was ordered!

I cannot speak more highly of the amazing service I have received from Howdens Sweet Briar Road Norwich. Vitor the designer was exceptional ,nothing was too much trouble for him. He guided me through everything necessary as I only had a very vague idea of what I needed. My kitchen was delivered on time and with the greatest of care.My fitter had a couple of queries and Vitor was able to supply the correct support .Gary the manager was very helpful and made every effort to ensure the whole process ran smoothly from start to finish.

The Salesman always makes the difference. Elliot was attentive and listened he knew what I wanted before I did. He saved me ££££ too!

Free kitchen design helps although it wasn’t accurate but still good idea. Quality good of kitchen and good they offer colours carcasses at no extra charge.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience with Howdens and James McCall Kitchen Fitter, and that is a rare thing indeed!

This was my first kitchen reno and having wasted time at Wren where I was stalked around the showroom, felt I did their job for them during the design and was massively pressured to sign up, the stark difference at Howdens was a very welcome relief. From the moment I spoke to Angie at Whiffler Road Norwich it was just a totally pleasant experience. I knew what I wanted but Angie's input and feedback was invaluable and ultimately made sure I was happy with the end result. Where Wren told me what I wanted wasn't possible (just didn't seem to compute), with Howdens nothing wasn't doable, it was a total breeze, and way quicker from start to finish. For the same price as Wren with all their, frankly false, 'discounts'. And I got a better quality kitchen.

I'd always thought Howdens was more expensive but that's not the case at all. Even when I needed to trim my budget, Angie and James went above and beyond to help me find perfect solutions. I visited the showroom as many times as I wanted during the process and was always welcomed (as was my dog).

James McCall expertly project managed the fitting, plastering, plumbing, electricals, decor and flooring with enthusiasm, liaising closely with Howdens throughout. His advice and patience was so invaluable to me. Both he and his team are really friendly, professional and flexible and at my request, finished earlier than planned.

I 100% recommend Angie and James and if you, like me, are under the impression that it will be more expensive and difficult because Howdens 'only sell to trade', its really no different to anywhere else; I paid Howdens for the kitchen and James for the fitting, just like you would any other place.

A huge thank you to everyone for a fantastic kitchen and positive experience.

From start to finish Danuta Dabska (Norwich- Whiffler Road) has been brilliant in ensuring I get my perfect kitchen! I had a couple of units that came scratched on arrival but Danuta dealt with this right away. I was kept updated throughout the process and every conversation had has been a pleasant one! I Can’t thank you enough. If only every one was so efficient!!
