All the staff I have dealt with are knowledgeable about their products and are very friendly. Also I underestimated my flooring but had a pack delivered the next day.

Bad service
Wrong items delivered, kitchen plan was not measured up correct resulting in extra work and expense, items that was ordered to replace wrong parts delivered turned up late. They did eventually resolve most issues

New Kitchen and doors
Purchased a kitchen and had it designed, fitted by my own builder. Throughout the process the staff at the Tivoli branch, Margate could not have been more helpful. From advice on door preparation to refunds and exchanges nothing was too much trouble. Kitchen designed by Jo and she did a great job at utilising the space I had. Lawrence who works in the ' trade area could not have been more helpful and I would recommend anyone looking for a kitchen, doors or advice to give them a go. 1st class service from start to finish
1st class service from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much. Even when I kept changing my mind and changing the design. Joanne was amazing and so patient with me. I never had to wait for the new designs and prices to be sent to me. I honestly cannot recommend Joanne and her team at Howdens enough. Thank you again for helping my vision come to life. I can’t wait wait to have a kitchen again!

The service from the branch and it’s staff was excellent.
The service from the branch and it’s staff was excellent. My order was processed efficiently and on time. Advice and guidance was offered when placing my order on items required. The warehouse were also very helpful in picking and assisting me with loading the items in my vehicle.

Excellent service from Margate Howdens. Front man, Terry, was very knowledgeable and efficient as well patient with stressed customers when supplies were reduced due to low stock/no hgv etc

We bought our kitchen from Howdens, Margate. The whole experience has been a pleasure. Ben, our kitchen designer, was unfailingly patient, professional and cheerful, with a good knowledge of the products, and a genuine desire for us to be totally happy with the design. The kitchen was delivered on the day planned, by friendly and helpful staff.
