Howdens - Maldon Omdömen

I have bought many kitchens from Howdens maldon for property renovations and it is not my closest depot.
This is all due to dealing with Kyla as she is brilliant.
She is patient and changes the plan as many times as request with no fuss, she even works out of hours in her own time.
I couldn’t ask for a better service

Kyla at the Maldon store was great from beginning to end. She understood exactly what we were looking for and executed it perfectly. Communication was fantastic and any changes or issues were addressed quickly. I’m very happy with the results of my new kitchen.

Kyla at Howdens Maldon is a superstar! We changed our minds on the design several times and Kyla always managed to come up with a better solution. The whole process from start to finish was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. If ever I needed a new kitchen in the future I’d not hesitate to use Howdens.

Absolutely blown away by the help we received from Kyla at Maldon howdens. She went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with every detail of our kitchen & answered any questions along the way almost immediately! I would 100% recommend her to design your kitchen as she has a natural passion, talent & care for it!! Can’t thank her enough for creating the kitchen I’ve always wanted with the budget that suited us.

The guys at the Maldon branch are always very helpful and polite.

Ease of ordering was good, but the delivery was late and the cost of delivery is very expensive,

We used Maldon Howdens to design and purchase our kitchen through our tradesman. Kyla was excellent throughout the process and was nothing but helpful. Any issue was overcome swiftly and without hesitation, would be so happy to recommend and use again!

Howdens of Maldon were very helpful in my purchasing of a kitchen for my own home!
Kyla came to do the survey & it was great how she came up with ideas to make the most of the space with suggestions that I hadn't thought of!
The quality of the units are the best I have come across & after making a few phone calls if I have not been sure about something, they have come back straight away with the right answer!

Kyla our kitchen designer was amazing from the get go - flexible, creative and engaging. Totally efficient and effective service from the entire Howdens Maldon team, with nothing being too much trouble and working together to find solutions and overcome any hurdles.

Would highly recommend these guys and will be back to repurchase again in the fullness of time…

Fantastic help and advice throughout our kitchen project.
Thanks to all the team at Maldon branch!

A new kitchen is a big decision and having been quoted by a couple of other big companies I finally decided to go with Howdens. I am so glad I did. The man who designed my kitchen for me, Kevin, listened to me and came up with the perfect fit for our space. He stayed in contact with me while I dithered about changing things and came back to re measure and check I was totally happy with the design before I finally ordered. During the kitchen fit I went into the store a couple of times to ask questions and everybody without exception has been so helpful. Now the kitchen is finished I am so happy with the result, looks and feels like a high end product. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Kyla and the Maldon team were very helpful and patient in designing our kitchen and home office. Very pleased

Kevin from the Maldon branch was wonderful to deal with. We visited him a number of times and spoke many more over the phone. He was always very polite, professional and understanding. We made so many changes to our design (down to the smallest detail) and Kevin did everything we asked and made suggestions to ensure we were totally happy.

We are looking forward to seeing our design come to life, thank you Kevin!

The MALDON branch have the rudest staff out of all the businesses we deal with...Mark has to be rudest staff member we have ever dealt with and it is no wonder his son, who is also employed at the Maldon branch, is following closely in his footsteps! Any other business would ensure their staff were polite to customers but not this branch, they allow it as done it in front of senior members of staff and nothing is said. We only go into this branch if we really have to. Good and friendly service costs nothing and makes a huge difference to paying customers!

Excellent experience with Kyla at Howdens Maldon. Really happy with the design and recommendations made to enhance our utility room. Will definitely use again, when we are ready to replace the kitchen.

Kyla from Maldon branch was super helpful with designing my kitchen. Countless emails and my silly questions- nothing was a trouble for her. She is a star!

Thank you!

Getting the materials needed on time when time is most valuable.

Excellent service and support throughout the whole process.

Kyla was helpful and helped come up with designs and was very flexible in adapting the design to our needs, as ideas evolved.

Very friendly and effective staff in the Maldon store.
