5 ⭐️ A wonderful team throughout
We recently ordered a new Kitchen
via Howdens Kings Lynn while doing a few renovations to our little Cottage in Heacham
Kadie was really engaging from the start and we received amazing plans within a few hours of her initial visit
She had some fabulous ideas and was very knowledgeable of all the products.
We had to make a few changes to the original plans due to the small size and the layout of the kitchen but Kadie was very quick to respond with lots of great ideas so we were able to accommodate everything on our wish list
This is a second home so we didn’t want to go top of the range with everything but we are really pleased with the quality of everything we chose.
There are so many choices to suit every budget
We wanted to keep a couple of things from the original kitchen to keep the character of the cottage and Kadie implemented these and worked her drawings around them to make it all possible.
We visited the showroom on a couple of occasions and the whole team were so friendly from the minute you walked through the door …..A fabulous team throughout.
We had a couple of issues when we came to the fitting stage but these were dealt with promptly and resolved quickly.
We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product.
We would highly recommend this branch and especially Kadie to our Family and friends.

After comparing some quotes Howden's were far superior in all areas
After comparing some quotes with different suppliers I found that Howden's product quality, value and service support were far superior.
The support we received from Kadie, not only for the initial design, but the subsequent changes we made in our follow up appointment was excellent and nothing was too much trouble even when we made changes to the changes! These changes were made immediately so that we could see the final design before leaving our appointment.

Howden simply the best no high pressure sales there no gimmicks and very good price
I came to your showroom a few months ago, because I wanted to get a kitchen design and somebody who would listen to me. I met Jacob Rhodes, what an excellent salesman!!! no high-pressure sales he listened to what you want. He adjusted things when you want them adjusted, nothing too much problems. He has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He is a credit to your store. I would like to leave him a five star review
and when I need some more things doing at a later day, I will certainly come back to Howden’s you are the best ..

Order problem
When I placed the order on Friday 17 July your website showed 2 in stock at the Kings Lynn branch with collection available in 20 minutes. I did not receive an order confirmation email or text message. I phoned the KL branch on Saturday 18 July and was told that none were in stock and delivery would be today Tuesday 21 July
I received a corder confirmation email on Sunday 19 July saying that the order was available for collection from 7.30 am on Saturday 18 July. I phoned the KL branch today at lunchtime today and was told that my order was in stock and I collected it this afternoon I did not receive a text message informing me that the order was ready for collection. So clearly a problem with you ordering website

Kadie and the whole team have been excellent to deal with. Nothing has been too much trouble. We revisited the design a number of times and Kadie has always been really communicative and a delight to deal with. Super products and excellent service...I don't know why anyone would go elsewhere!
