Howdens - Kidderminster Omdömen

Recently had a kitchen designed at Kidderminster Branch with Ellie. We were really pleased with the design and all of the advice and technical information supplied to us by Ellie. The kitchen was a paint to order colour but was still delivered really quickly. We ended up buying our flooring at the same time as we were so pleased. I ll be back in touch with the depot shortly to help me design my utility / mud room.

We had a really good experience with Howdens Kidderminster which was recommended to us by a friend for a kitchen renovation.

Massive shout out to Kurt, can't thank him enough for the design and thought process he had come up with to fully utilise the available space we have it's way better than we imagined.

The experience from the initial measuring of the kitchen and visiting the branch to go through the design was such a smooth process.

Thanks again Kurt.

Having dealt with Howdens since day one I cannot fault the service provided by Vicki and the team - our clients have repeatedly returned to them over the years and continue to do so. Any issues are always dealt with immediately and efficiently.

Great team at Howdens Kidderminster, excellent products and customer service is spot on, Josh and Warren have been so helpful when ever we have had product queries

Josh Summers from Howdens at Kidderminster......what a legend we have never renovated a house before ............. this whole house renovation was made so easy with Josh Summers recommendations and expertise and advice on designing our kitchen, within budget too 💪 top spec kitchen with every detail considered 👌 the pantry is now the centre
of discussion at all our swareys

Cannot recommend Josh and the Howdens Kidderminster team enough! From the preconception ideas we had, to putting them into our own design and then through to installation - the process was daunting, but the team put us at ease and ensured we were fully involved and informed every step of the way. Thank you Howdens, we love our dream kitchen!

Our experience at the Kidderminster depot was fantastic. Kurt was great and took us through every detail for our kitchen leaving no stone unturned. We’re so happy with the kitchen we wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else! Once again thank you Kurt and the team at Kidderminster.

Spent a lot of money on doors and ironmongery, found lead time on doors shocking to run a installation around working window available, 2 door G16 found to have Brad's punched the face of FD30 ply flush finish from hard wood beading ,do have photo evidence and will be taking this further

We had a kitchen supplied by Howdens back in 2021 and we used a very good fitter that we’d used many times before. All seemed fine until 3 months down the line, so here is the list of faulty products:
1. Ceramic hob developed marks on all the rings but on the underside of the glass. This was replaced by Howdens and recognised as faulty.

2. End panel started to blow out and all the laminate lifted. Howdens admitted faulty product and replaced it

3. Kitchen worktops started to blow at the joins. Howdens investigated and admitted they were faulty and so supplied replacement but wouldn’t cover the cost of my fitter replacing the tops. Luckily my fitter understands good customer service so he replaced it FOC.

4. Another end panel blown out but this time Howdens said it had been fitted upside down and so the product wasn’t at fault. So my fitter removed the panel to check, and as we thought it had been fitted correctly. Contacted Howdens but they didn’t care and told me to contact head office. Which I did and they promised a call back within 48 hours. That was 2 years ago and I’m still waiting for the call.

5. Replacement worktop has now blown again March 2025, so I contacted Howdens who said it was a faulty join and not the worktop. When challenged to ask why the change of opinion as previously they admitted product was faulty.? They just said, take it up with head office. I did request for someone to come out to look at the issue, bearing in mind we leave 5 minutes from the branch. They refused to send someone, so here we are again, waiting for head office to call us back.

Avoid Howdens kitchens at all cost…. Shocking quality and despite the warranty on tops and units etc, the Kidderminster branch do not care and will not support you. I’m fairly sure they also know that head office will also ignore any complaints.

Always a good experience going to howdens Kidderminster, staff are helpful & always happy to help with a smile.

Ellie is a pleasure to deal with, professional and thoughtful which goes a long way.

Howdens Kidderminster go the extra mile to support their customers. Ellie was challenged by the kitchen design due to its galley style space that wasn’t easy to configure to include all the units and appliances we wanted to incorporate into the layout. Despite the many changes to our requirements, Ellie came up trumps and left us delighted with the end result, as an added bonus, below our allocated budget. Thankyou Ellie.

Staff always polite and helpful, the items I ordered were there on time and I was notified when they’d arrived

Very helpful and lovely staff at Howdens Kidderminster always a pleasure to go in to see them and a big thankyou to Dave who goes above and beyond to help me out so a well deserved 5* keep ut the good work
