Howdens - Finchley Omdömen 

Hailey Ducker, at the Finchley Howdens has designed our kitchen effortlessly! Nothing was too much trouble for her. Despite making several changes to the layout of our kitchen and measurements, she was patient, thorough and knowledgeable.

We would, without a doubt recommend anyone who is planning on changing or fitting a new kitchen to get in touch with Ms Ducker to be guaranteed an amazing design, whereby she can provide you with some useful constructive advice and her knowledge and clear expertise is valuable.

We thank her for all her help and her time spent making changes in and out of meetings with us. We are looking forward to seeing our new kitchen being fitted soon.

I came back to Finchley after a pause and this year the customer service was much better. I ordered some doors which arrived on the next day and the delivery team were really helpful and carrried the doors inside and left them flat in the floor, which is important - storing doors in the correct way - I also had a positive experiece with Dan with a design visit and I am looking forward to the quote and to continue dealing with this branch. I have a few more purchases to make and I am sure they will help with selection of hardware items such as doors ironmomgery etc

Doors delivered to me were damaged . Door was not cut out for hinges . Drawer bars were not delivered. Incorrect or missing fixings . However Delivery Driver was on time and very helpful and Proffessional. My Kitchen was well designed by Howdens Kitchen Designer and fitted perfectly to the Survey dimensions . I will be using Howdens to template and supply and Install My Quartz Work Top .

Plan and quotation issued promptly, with amendments done quickly. Delivery date offered quickly, but a few items short but followed within a day.
Then the problems came about, a badly damaged wall unit, two wrong drawers supplied, shortage of hinges and door handles, which I had to go to the store to return and collect.
Quality of units are good.
Then been overcharged for two items, so waiting on a credit on the account.
This was my first experience of dealing with Howdens, so very unfortunate experience.

I am very disappointed as I have been charged by
your Haringey Branch for something they did not supply. I ordered and booked an integrated microwave from your North Finchley branch. When I went I was told it is sold and the Haringey
Branch has one so I went there. They also said they have not got it so we got it from Mill Hill Branch NW7 and pay by card. Then 19 days ago I sent my daughter to by an oven and she was told
that the account is stopped as there is an outstanding balance of £ 179. So she paid and I went to North Finchley and they said the balance was due to purchase at Haringey and I have to go there to dirt it out. I do not understand why should we have to chase for your problem. We are building 6 flats and need 6 kitchen but will not but from Howden until we get this sorted out and credited. Also we are not going to pay £ 160 for the oven purchase. We have been dealing with Howden for years but this is ridiculous. I want a proof from Haringey branch with collection copy as there will not be any as I did not sign any paper of collection.
