We had an extension planned and the builder recommended Howdens.
Our first meeting was with Anita at the Crayford branch we went through all the options within our budget the advice from Anita was invaluable and she continued to manage the purchase and delivery making the process as stress free as possible.

We could not be happier with our new kitchen and the continued support we received from Anita.

I was looking to add a small kitchenette to the project I was doing, I was also cautious because my finances had run down. My contractor suggested Howdens and i have no regrets. I like the simplicity of their credit line because on the day, I thought i won the jackpot, as I was able to collect most of the order on the day and my project progressed. Special thanks to Dan, His customer service skills were top notch!

Very helpful and patient from the start with excellent communication. The delivery and stock availability was surprisingly good meaning no delays. The way the kitchen came together was spot on! Quality of product good and returning unwanted items was easy. The complete experience with Howdens was first class.

We have been working with Anita for a few years now, we are very comfortable with letting her deal with our clients directly without any input from ourselves. Anita has a great eye for detail and always goes above and beyond our expectations. If we have any questions or need clarification on any aspect of a kitchen order she is always quick to respond with a relevant solution, this also transfers to anything to do with Howdens as a company, we will often contact her directly for any orders of general goods knowing that she will swiftly organise whatever we need. 10/10 Anita. Entire process was stress-free and Anita came up trumps with a superb design for a utility room ... so pleased that we plan to have Anita design the kitchen too.

We went to Howdens (Crayford branch) as we were looking to purchase a new kitchen. We had been to other similar companies, but the service we received from Howdens was exemplary compared to others.

We dealt with Anita there designer from start to finish. Anita was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. After making initial contact, Anita came out and measured our kitchen, she listened to all our requests and on receipt of our design drawings and visuals she had understood our requirements and we were over the moon with what she had visualised.

We then went into the branch to meet with Anita to run through the design and pick the finishing touches. Her knowledge and approach to our requirements was outstanding, helping us to pick our sink and taps and providing advise.

We ordered our kitchen and it arrived within a week, no long lead times or unforeseen issues, everything was spot on.

We had our own fitters to fit the kitchen, which we are so pleased with.

I would highly recommend Anita. I’m so glad we used Howdens as I don’t think we would have received the same expert experience with other suppliers.

Very happy with service and communication at Howdens Crayford. Always somebody else around to help if our designer James Caplehorn was unavailable, who by the way saved the day when there was an issue with the fitters ,by turning up to the property immediately. Very professional and helpful in lots of other ways too. Extremely happy with the finished kitchen.

From planning to delivery Howdens were excellent, James at the Crayford branch was very helpful with the planning and advice he was also very quick to respond to any questions. We were very pleased with the quality of the product.

Anita provided helpful advice while designing our new kitchen, and we were happy with the end result. There were no issues, and they matched a quote from Wren. Having a local branch to get extras, etc., was helpful, vs was waiting for delivery. I would recommend Howdens for a kitchen.
