Howdens - Bromborough Omdömen 

I was recommended Steve at Bromborough store by my chosen kitchen installer.
Steve visited us at home to measure up and advise, then we went to the store to be shown around options and physically see items we would be chosing.
Steve gave plenty of options and suggestions that we had not considered.
When time came for installation stock was available for us and delivered when needed.
Steve and team clearly have a good relationship with trade installers as if there was any issue that the installer had, it was resolved the very same day. Howdens did not let us down. Highly recommend. Price was competitive and felt fair after shopping around. Steve was a pleasure to deal with start to finish and I would definitely contact him and Howdens Bromborough again if starting another project.

Sharon at Bromborough Howdens has been amazing at designing our kitchen. Nothing is too much trouble and she went out of her way to get us our dream kitchen within our budget. Sharon managed to create us a kitchen we hadn’t even thought about, her attention to detail is amazing and she kept in mind how it would best suit our family. After a bad experience with a different designer at another Howdens branch, Sharon really turned it all around and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thankyou Sharon!

Amazing service at the Bromborough branch. Sharon helped design our Mums small kitchen , she is patient and listens to your needs . Sharon came to the house to measurement up, proposed some design's and then made the entire buying process easy for us . Nothing was too much trouble, Sharon calls to follow up but is never pushy . The delivery was smooth and easy .
Sharon also connected us to a wonderful contractor John ( JC Joinery and Tiling ) who was a delight and went the extra mile on every level , we are at the finishing touches with the kitchen now .
Big thanks to Sharon for your professionalism, it was great to have one point of contact throughout , Sharon made it easy .
The kitchen cabinets and appliances are great quality and have transformed the small space .

Although Howdens had been recommended to us , it was still uncertain whether we would get what we had hoped for in kitchen design and quality of units and items. We need not have worried. We met Sharon from the Bromborough branch and it was plain sailing from that moment on. Sharon came to our home and sat with us for the time it took to understand what we wanted, for us to understand what could be achieved and agreement on some changes and additions. That initial session with Sharon was fantastic for us. We were given time and we felt listened to. Advice was also provided in a professional and supportive way. I highly recommend Sharon Bullerwell. She also provided us with some possible installers. The person we chose was also great and we would not have found him without her recommendation.

I decided to write this review today as I wanted to share the impeccable attention to detail and quality of service I was given by Alan Mayes at Bromborough, Wirral Depot. Even though he was very busy he always took the time to make changes and recommend solutions in order for my kitchen to flow the way I needed it too. I am not an active reviewer on Trustpilot but felt it imperative to share my experience, it is good to know when purchasing your new kitchen that you will be in very good professional experienced hands with Alan. My experience with Howdens has been nothing but positive! From my first meeting with Sharon from the Bromborough store I knew i was in good hands. Sharon helped me with lots of things I wouldn't have thought about with the design of the kitchen, and also took into consideration we were working to a budget. We are now nearly at completion and it looks fab!

Attention and professional advice

Excellent from start to finish. Sharon helped ensure the kitchen was compliant to standards required and visited the property to ensure room kitchenettes were the correct size and spec. Always on hand to talk things through and Sharon went the extra mile in helping me source a few other bits and pieces. Many thanks Howden and Sharon!

Just had a new kitchen fitted. All units and appliances were of good quality. Very pleased with the service provided. From survey to delivery was excellent. A special mention to ALAN for all his help. He designed the kitchen to suit our needs. Looking forward to our
fist christmas dinner.

Really beautiful kitchen, really pleased. Good quality, flawlessly designed. Compared prices with other suppliers and Howden's were the best. They also measure the kitchen which none of the other companys do. Great kitchen, accurately measured, great price and great to work with. Will be going back to them for my next project. Well done chaps :-)
