I'm delighted with my expertly fitted kitchen via the Bilston branch with professional design support from Radeeyah.
The kitchen was fitted by Nick and Adrian. Two great, trustworthy, reliable and honest professional tradesmen who go above and beyond.
My quartz worktops were measured and fitted beautifully.
Thanks for all involved, it was a daunting experience, made seamless.

They was punctual on call out and did deliver on day required was impressed

Friendly and professional , would highly recommend. The after sales was great too. A couple of things needed changing as measurements had changed from first appointment to when it was actually replastered and nothing was a problem. Items were in stock or came next day and service was fantastic , no quibbles. This really helped, no stress ! Thank you. Well, what can I say! The staff at Howdens were all so friendly, helpful, polite and very professional. It was a joy to be served. They came up with good ideas which helped me immensely, things which I hadn't thought of. The shop was lovely and clean and I was totally at ease. Not to mention a nice cuppa and posh biscuits! Great service

From the first visit of them measuring the kitchen, to designing the layout everything was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Rads especially went above and beyond every time and even helped me try to explain to my electrician how the motion sensor lights worked. I would definitely recommend them.
The kitchen itself is of a very high standard and good quality build. I knew it was the one for me as soon as I saw it.
I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Howdens Bilston especially Rads they were all lovely and helpful.

Rads helped me design an add on to my kitchen to make the most of the space and to incorporate a large fridge freezer when we didn’t think possible.
The service was quick and efficient. Over the moon with the result.

We ordered a Kitchen refurbishment and Erin was super helpful during to ordering stage, especially as we managed to generate multiple different orders and only one of these was eventually chosen. Even then we still managed to have some further changes, which we applied without any fuss and nothing seemed to be to small a task for Erin. During the delivery, not everything went to plan, however again Erin was instrumental in sorting these without any trouble and all corrections to the order were successfully completed and provided to us. We are super pleased with the finish and it resembles the 3d architecture drawings that were made for our design.

The whole buying experience was handled professionally,survey by Rad and purchasing by Erin who was so polite and helpful,everything delivered on time,kitchen now installed and we are so pleased,thanks to all involved.

Rads our Kitchen designer assisted us all the way. Our Kitchen fitter had recommended Howdens as he explained if there were any issues he found stock was easily available and good quality. A few unforseen issues meant that we had to change the design, this was not an issue, Howdens accepted back cupboards I could not use and ensured that we got stock required immediately for our fitter.
I would highly recommend Howdens Bilston as Rads and the rest of the team provided us with good old fashioned face to face service that is difficult to find these days.
