Howdens - Belfast Boucher Road Omdömen 

I only started using Howdens ,Belfast Boucher road branch 2 weeks ago after a friend recommended I try them and I was glad I did.The guys looked after me and set up trade account,the quality of materials and prices are excellent,staff more than happy to help and are very knowledgeable about the stock they sell .first class service 👍👍👍👍👍

I really like shopping at Howdens, they have good quality goods and materials at a competitive price, their staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ordered a kitchen from Howdens Boucher Road Belfast at the end of last summer and it has been a nightmare. Even though it was more expensive than competitors, the main reason for purchasing from Howdens for me was the 2 week turnaround. You’re lucky if that’s the case. It’s now been 6 months. Unfortunately, what they delivered did not match the order (my fitter warned me that he had seen this issue with Howdens kitchens before and I had a family member purchase from here also with the same issue - unfortunately I gave Howdens the benefit of the doubt). Howdens communication is atrocious. It has taken months of back and forth, with little communication from Howdens trying to get issues sorted and they have blamed absolutely everything on my fitter, taking no responsibility for delays, failing to take phone calls or return them, lack of response, faulty washing machine (appliances you buy from Howdens apparently aren’t their issue and you have to wait even longer for them to contact the company they use to get their appliances from), wrong door sizes, wrong cupboards etc. I was completely mislead about how I could open an account too. Because I am just a general consumer and not trade they said I had to open under a trade account. But not to worry, all they needed was the name of a business/company or someone I knew in the trade and everything would still go through me. However this was not the case. They bombarded the company that I used with invoices etc and not me who was the point of contact. At one point, during the time I was trying to get issues resolved they actually told me the business name used was the account holder / trying to cut all contact with me. Disgusting behaviour as the company named had nothing to do with it and they knew that. I later learned someone else I knew who purchased a Howdens kitchen had a random name put beside their account by Howdens (I’m assuming a fitter they use probably without their permission) and it was all opened no problem. They need to stop marketing to the general public as all their T&Cs are under trade meaning we don’t have a leg to stand on - sneaky and misleading. Stop pushing sponsored ads to the general public. And the “complimentary” design appointment is literally just a drawing - don’t expect any kind of accuracy in terms of measurements. You also have nothing to reference for the internals of your kitchen. I had to ask what my cutlery drawer would even look like. I also had to follow up my own appointment as it turned out the designer who took my initial appointment left the company and I was not informed and no one contacted me to further my order. So the 2 week turnaround is now 6 months later and Howdens have taken no accountability, charged me in full and their only response to me now is to seek legal action. I am extremely disappointed that a company of this size could not accept even some responsibility for the ongoing issues with my kitchen.

The Howdens team on Boucher Road were terrific from the start. We decided we needed a new kitchen. It was easy to arrange a meeting with Aga the in-house designer who took our initial thoughts and turned them into proper plans with 3D visuals. Once we had that it was only a matter of ordering the kitchen, flooring etc which was super quick. Any problems with the order or additional items we wanted were sorted asap by Robert and David. I would highly recommend going to Howdens if you need a new kitchen or flooring or other home joinery projects.

Staff needs to be trained up better befor serving customers. Was given the wrong ironmongery 3 times just clueless to what they are serving. Was given a Euro cylinder handel as a bathroom handel that bad lol.

Without fear of exaggeration Its the unquestionably superb staff that enhance the purchasing experience of Howdens. The wide product range and competitive pricing adds the icing.

Very happy with products and service staff are excellent, very helpful and obliging and always try to assist. Not everything I needed was in stock but staff were excellent in getting what I wanted as quickly as possible happy to recommend

New worktop - Happy with product, happy with the service need i say more

Just bought kitchen worktops sink taps and other stuff for a revamp of my kitchen .
From the minute I walked into Boucher road store ( Belfast )
I was offered help and advice no hard sell and nothing forced on me like I’ve had in other experiences .
My purchases arrived on agreed date and the quality was first class 👍 I’ll be back to these guys in future so much more personal than b&q and the rest
