Great experience at Beckenham
Chris Nagle at the Beckenham branch designed our kitchen and was very helpful and efficient throughout the process. He was flexible when we made changes along the way and it was easy to get replacement units and appliances. We love our new kitchen.

The great thing about Howdens and where they come out on top compared to other kitchen suppliers is, if anything is missing on the delivery it is ticked off on the delivery note. They will have any missing parts the following delivered to you. If at cabinets,doors or end panels are found, upon opening to be damaged they do an exchange immediately.

We contacted various companies when we…
We contacted various companies when we were looking for kitchen and utility rooms for our new self build house. Howdens quality looked very good and in particular Sahar Hadian from the Beckenham branch was extremely helpful. She came to measure up and advised on design options then sent us 3D computer designs of various layout options for units and appliances. We were so pleased with the design, quality and price that we went back to her to see if Howdens could supply all the skirting boards we needed for the whole house plus all the internal doors including their handles, hinges and architrave, all of which again we were pleased with. We then had a job to find suitable bedroom furniture to fit under sloping ceilings in our loft conversion style bungalow.... We needed fairly low units but wanted them deep so we could unitise that space. So again contacted Sahar who supplied kitchen base units which work perfectly and look fantastic. I have already recommend Sahar to my sister who was extending her kitchen. She also shopped around but has now chosen Howdens. I would definitely recommend Sahar and team at Howdens Beckenham branch to other family and friends.

Excellent Service & Advice
Very pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and approach offered by Sales Consultant Sahar.
I was seeking to purchase a modest kitchen and came under no pressure whatsoever. Her attention to detail was perfect and every single question was answered to my satisfaction.
Sahar even mentioned a forthcoming sale and recommended that I await this event to achieve further savings.
She is a definite asset to this business.

Fantastic kitchen supplied by Beckenham branch
This is the third kitchen I have purchased through Howdens and cannot fault the quality and price. I deal with the Beckenham branch and the staff are fantastic, incredibly helpful and efficient. Sahar designed my kitchen and was extremely thorough and responsive to the numerous changes I made, nothing was too much trouble and she offered some great ideas. A very busy branch but such nice, friendly people with a real buzz and well run by management. I have over the years used this branch and will continue to do so.

Patience of saints
I had never used Howdens before, yet again i don't re do the kitchen that often. We were using them to replace a kitchen in our Brixton flat....to say myself and the builder made a few mistakes in ordering is an understatement but the guys at Howdens were excellent...even when I bought a van load of items back.
Every member of their team was polite and helpful, they made what was becoming a stressful experience a lot less stressful.
Thanks again and I hope Joe's neck gets better.....
