Jonathan tries hard to please but the offers were way below what the Website calculator estimated. Did not feel confident to do business with this company and I could not recommend them highly. Please keep to your online offers. Room for improvement!

I approached Cash for Diamonds with some trepidation as I'd never done anything like this before. I wanted to know that I was dealing with a professional business that wasn't going to rip me off. I spoke with Jonathan Williams who put my mind at rest and was able to reassure me that he in particular had many years experience and knew the business of diamonds extremely well. He sourced a buyer for my diamond and negotiated a keen price which I was delighted to accept. Jonathan kept me up to date at every stage of the transaction and I receievd the money into my bank account on the designated day.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Cash for Diamonds and Jonathan in particular. I was very impressed!

I was very reluctant to send my Jewellery via post, I called them and they explained the process and the staff was very helpful and assured me it was safe to post and they also offered me to come in person. Took a change and posted it, it was such a smooth transaction. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Greated by rude grumpy man left in a cage while my ring was taken from me to be examined. The offer I received was insulting. Made to feel uncomfortable. I sold my ring for £300 more than I was quoted by HOW Cash For Diamonds.

Customer Service Shocking, left in a cage like a zoo animal

Sent in a diamond bracelet - bracelet was 18 CT gold with diamonds - had several quotes from other companies but dealt with Jonathan - offered me a price which was 10% higher than next best quote. Living close to London I decided to visit in person and dropped off my bracelet - was offered the quoted in cash but preferred bank transfer which was done immediately

Great business to deal with. I found them to be knowledgeable, respectful, and very efficient.
Jonathan is a fountain of knowledge around diamonds and jewellery and explains the the colours, flaws and all other diamond related details to you in simple terms whilst showing them to you. I would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends.

Do not trust this company (also known as Jewellery Cave Ltd) to respect your precious jewellery. I sent them, in good faith, 2 pieces of cherished diamond and gold jewellery. They offered me a much lower price than their original estimate (which was done from pictures and a very recent valuation I emailed to then first) which I refused. I wasn’t surprised by their offer as I know many companies make a high offer to get you to send off your items and then when they have it in their possession, they make a much lower one thinking you’ll just say yes. I didn’t and asked them to send my items back to me, which they did. I had very carefully kept my 2 items separate when sending them as ( one in a velvet pouch and one in a box) they were delicate and I didn’t want them to get damaged. They came back to me in the box I’d originally sent but were both just thrown in together with no protection. I was horrified to see that the chain from the necklace had become entwined around the bracelet and a diamond from the pendant had fallen out!! This was solely due to their disregard for my items, they took no care at all and I actually felt violated and shocked that they could do that to a potential customer. I was disgusted and emailed them to complain, this was over a month ago now and they’ve not even acknowledged my complaint. The sign of a decent company is not how much money they make it’s about their customer service, and especially how they deal with genuine complaints. I would absolutely avoid them, they have many good reviews on Feefo but you can only leave a review on
feefo if you receive a feedback form from the company you’ve been dealing with! Obviously they weren’t going to send me a feedback form were they? So beware of Feefo reviews as they are only the good ones.
Make up your own mind but please do beware.
