Great classes and great instructors - would highly recommend- especially for runners who need to stretch abit more!!

Extremely disappointed with Hotpod Yoga.
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for weeks — they ignored my emails and continued charging me. On top of that, they fined me £10 for missing a class I’d already paid for, even when it was a simple scheduling mistake. I’m neurodivergent and find their rigid policies and lack of flexibility incredibly unfair and exclusionary. Their app doesn’t allow you to cancel directly, which feels intentionally obstructive. I’ve reported them to the CMA and Citizens Advice. Avoid.

It was okay, didn't love being in a plastic room. I like being hot, but it was very dark and you couldn't see the black mats. The practice was rushed. You gotta have a towel on top of the mat which is a bit fiddley and annoying (which you gotta buy the second class). Decent intro price, probs good for the winter, but weird being in a dark room in sunny weather.

HAVE BEEN GOING TO LAURENS CLASS ON A FRIDAY AT 7PM FOR A WHILE NOW AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT ,LAUREN IS THE BEST AND WILL CONTINUE MY YOGA JOURNEY WITH HER 👌

Hotpod in Marlborough has been the best thing I have done for myself in years, I have just completed my 100th yoga session and it has changed my body and attitude completely. I feel stronger and more confident with improved flexibility, strength and stamina. I will be a customer for life! Huge thanks to Emma and Astrid.

The class is a nice class but my GOD the pod gets smelly. It's really off putting, if you enter after a class has been before it stinks of sweat and feet and feels really unclean for the last class of the day. I wish they'd properly ventilate/air out the pod or at least use some scented oils to try and mask it.

Have been coming to hotpod yoga since 2019. Took a bit of getting used to at first as music felt like chill out room at a rave and it is quite dark in the pod. But I'm glad I persisted because I love it now - the teachers are great, the temperature makes it so much more enjoyable and there are classes all day long! I even like the music now.

Thank you so much Hot Pod Tottenham. I love coming here each week. It's more than exercise, it's relaxation and benefits both mind and body and an escape from the outside world. Once I'm inside I feel very calm and instantly relaxed.
The teachers are very knowledgeable and you are always greeted with a warm reception.
Very much recommend.

Couldn’t recommend Hotpod Dulwich more highly. Amazing teachers, glorious ambiance and a variety of classes that leave me floating home (sometimes on air, other times in a river of my own sweat). Either way it has become a non-negotiable commitment in my week. So grateful!

Unfortunately I was trying to get some yoga lessons but without any reason they didn't want to let me get it, moreover I have been threatened with calling the police as a terrorist which let me feel more discriminated than disappointed.

Honestly, all of that happened without speaking rude or something wrong about anything. In my opinion, the manager and teacher stuff have some kind of problems else without legal fundamentation.

I strongly recommend them to check their values and procedures.

Probably you can get some more yoga lessons in a better place with much better and not crazy teachers.

The experience has been one of the worst of my life thinking when I even gave them a present.

Shame on all of them.

After doing 3 days at the Worthing studio (on the intro offer) I am so pleased I took the plunge and tried it! So far I have met instructors Katie, Melina and Meghann and ALL of them were so so welcoming.
As a naturally anxious person who doesn’t try new things often, I felt comfortable to go back multiple times.
I feel this is my new passion as there’s no judgement if moves aren’t perfect and other students are just as welcoming. Love it!

I'm obsessed with Hotpod Yoga! I have done Yoga many times before in many places I have never really 'got it' I always would rather do a heavy weight session or some cardio. I worked in India for 4 years and have done very authentic Yoga but I never truly understood why people hype it so much. I am Autistic and I think this is a reason Hotpod appeals to me so much is that you go into the pod and all senses are taken care of: The lighting is dimmed, the natural diffusers of essential oils and the curated music all has enabled me to get completely in the zone and immerse myself in Yoga. Since I joined Hotpod yoga in Glasgow I go as many times a week as I can and I'm so grateful for the lovely team.

Just the best! I have been weekly for nearly a year, bar a few weeks due to illness or emergencies. I can really tell when I haven’t been as this is not only great for my body, but also my mind. It keeps my stress and anxiety in check, and is so relaxing and invigorating. The team at my studio (Hove) are just wonderful - all so welcoming and caring. I love it!

Being a person that found yoga boring and preferred dynamic training, I wasn’t sure about hot yoga. There was a 14 day trail for £20 & I was on annual leave for a week, so went for it. Wow, it’s a different level….West Dulwich is super friendly, the class heals the mind, body and spirit. I leave feeling cleansed and look forward to my next session. I’m on day 7 of my trail and trained every day. For the 1st time this year, I feel grounded, physically and mentally!

I go to Ruislip branch and it's fabulous. The teachers are great, the classes wonderful and it's super clean. Also really good value. A real gem

Amazing and helpful club to get fit mentally and physically. Brilliant instructors who are real pros in yoga.
I recommend it 100%.

Lisa was brilliant - the late night nurturing flow class in Cardiff was physically beneficial as well as emotionally powerful - which i was so surprised about. It was a lovely healing experience.

Scam outfit. I tried to book a class in Cambridge, selected Cambridgeshire and paid for a pass. The email came back booked for Worthing! When I emailed them that their site had a glitch and mis-booked, they said no exchanges. But I never selected Worthing. They take your money, give you a pass for the opposite end of the country and refuse to rectify it. A scam as this way it is impossible to attend.
