Quick delivery, consistently good product, good customer service

I decided to purchase king size Chelsea divan after reading good reviews .I was a bit apprehensive about it because of the remarkable prices.How wrong was i.Great bed fantastic quality, delivery was smooth, polite and helpful delivery driver. Whole experience was exceptional.

Just what I ordered. Self-assembly looked complicated but was easy. Sense of achievement when finished. Delivered to my door. Very happy with the product. I'm glad I made the right choice.

After 10 years - of running a holiday let / B&B we have only replaced one mattress out of 15 due to the side collapsing. A super king pillow top 1000 spring was dueltyt ordered and made for us - and delivered virtually next day. Service was brilliant as he took it up stairs for us too. Constantly get asked what the mattress is and where we get them from.

I have been using Hotel Contract Beds since 2020 for the zip and Link divans and mattress in all of our holiday lets. I find them good quality and last, the delivery to our region every Thursday goes without fault every time. Just renovating another property so will need another three of these beds later this year.

Brilliant customer service and delivery, great nights sleep (as in holiday cottage we found the mattress!) the only comment we could make is on a double bed after a week a lumpy ridge appeared in the middle with definite indents where our bodies have been, the mattress has been flipped and rotated regularly.

The mattresses were very good quality but a few inches wider than advertised so it overhangs the bed base and is wider than my existing topper even though its meant to be the sane size ie super king. Its not a big problem but a little disappointing and I decided not to return as I had already disposed of my old mattress and other than the size I was happy with it.

We ordered two ziplink mattresses. We wanted to defer the second mattress until we'd tested how well the ziplink works when the mattresses are used as a double. Hotel Contract Beds have been nothing less than excellent handling the unusual order. The mattresses themselves are good quality and ideal for our new Airbnb. So far. so good. Recommended for excellent value and customer service.

We have an urgent need for a replacement mattresses for the bed in our spare room and Hotel Contract Beds delivered on time and at a price that was good.
The quality is appropriate for the price and use the bed will be put to.

The service I received from HotelContract beds was excellent , from the first contact throught to delivery service. The mattress is really good and just the size I required for my sofa bed. Good communication and great quality for a good price

I was honestly very suspicious at first about ordering from Hotel Contract Beds. Before buying from them, I had ordered a divan bed from John Lewis for around £2,000, and it was absolutely awful. It had a lot of damage and I ended up having to replace it. At that point, I thought, what is the worst that can happen if I try Hotel Contract Beds?

I am so glad I did. I was absolutely amazed by how fast the order arrived and by the beautiful finishing of the bed. I chose the Milana bed with headboards and suitcase storage on both sides, and everything arrived exactly on the date they had specified, which was within one week. The fabric was beautiful and I loved it straight away.

Also, the costumer service was so amazing they would respond promptly to my questions.

What also impressed me was the sample service. They first sent me a full catalogue with small fabric samples in all their colours, and then they sent larger swatches in a very organised file. It looked professional and thoughtful. This was completely different from another company, Comfy Beds, where I paid for samples and received badly cut pieces of fabric in an envelope after a week. The difference in presentation and professionalism was huge.

The quality from Hotel Contract Beds has honestly exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with the finishing of the headboards, mattress, zipper details, and divans. I also really appreciated the non-slip material that helps keep the mattress in place, the clips that hold the two divans together, and the amazing storage capacity underneath. The storage space is huge and very practical.

I genuinely regret buying from John Lewis first, and I only wish I had ordered my second bed from Hotel Contract Beds as well. I am now seriously thinking of replacing that one too and ordering from them again.

The only minor downside was that the delivery is curbside only, as the drivers are not insured to carry the items into the property. In my case, I was able to sort this by paying for help from the loading bay next to my building, and they kindly helped me bring everything into the apartment.

I highly recommend Hotel Contract Beds. My experience with them has been excellent from start to finish.

With 6 holiday lets, beds are a big investment and we decided to swap out five of our 18 beds as a trial. The ordering process was straight forward, and the delivery arrived as promised. The headboard bolts and castors were missing, but they sent them special delivery the following day at no charge. The beds themselves are properly sturdy and clearly well built. While some of the connecting straps did need modification to fit, once sorted they feel suitably robust. We went for the Panache 1200 mattresses, in double, king, and zip together king - guests have reported back that they are super comfortable. Though there have been complications, the service was great, and the products are a cut above retail/highstreet products, and it is nice to have hand made products from the UK too.

I have ordered a few mattresses from Hotel Contract Beds. I find the ordering process simple, the staff is always very helpful and the quality of the mattresses is very good.

As described, easy purchase, delivered on time. Follow up call from company to check we were satisfy with product.
