Great to support a small company in purchasing a quality item. Was kept informed of issues and received my item, which was perfect. Am now considering a collab for my rugby club for whom I am the main buyer.

This is a really good quality and comfy quarter zip absolutely recommend

The item took a little longer than liked to arrive but the quality of the item is first class and looks great.

I ordered the burgundy fleece and love it. The fit is exactly right and the quality matches my fleeces from north face. I had a delay with the delivery, to be expected from any business around Christmas time, but I was constantly informed of progress. I would highly recommend.

Really excellent product. Ordered fleece for my son for Christmas. I had email contact throughout, even when they were struggling to fulfil orders. Kept me up to date with delivery dates etc. Sadly a small business that grew big overnight and fell behind on orders, don’t judge them by that alone. The product is great and well worth ordering, give them a go you won’t be disappointed.

My order was placed during a TikTok live and was also packaged within 2 minutes of the order being placed. The quality of the item is amazing!

Great fleece - quality is fab! It arrived within days of ordering, which considering it was between Christmas and NY I was really impressed with!

Don’t appreciate the reviews stating check spam or compare to amazon - i’m well aware it’s a small company, it’s why i opted to order from them. i’ve ordered from small companies before and have encountered delays or difficulties from small manned operations, but since ordering 2 months ago i’ve had zero communication - no ‘weekly updates’, no tracking, no reply to several emails to customer service just to ask what’s going on. i had entirely assumed it was a scam business and accepted i won’t get my money back until i saw the other reviews where it does eventually appear/refund issued so fingers crossed! don’t believe only 40 have been neglected and if only 40 - these could easily have been communicated in a single email. really poor and with regret won’t be recommending

Ordered a fleece and it's lovely. My kids loved giving it as a present to a rugby mad dad. Yes it did take abit longer than i am sure it normally does out of the Christmas season. But I was kept updated every few days with emails and photos.

I originally ordered a Hook & Flanker fleece for myself & when it eventually arrived I was delighted by the quality & workmanship of the product. It is a thick & very cosy top & I’d wanted it to be on the big size. When I tried it on, it was huge! On measuring it, it appeared to have been incorrectly labelled & was the next size up.
I ordered another one in a smaller size & it is still big, but is perfect for layering & for cold days at Murrayfield. In the meantime my husband has gained ownership of the original fleece!
Didn’t mind having to wait for my order. I’m aware how difficult it would have been as a new business having so many orders, while still doing your day job. Communication from Brad was very good, he took time out to send emails with updates.
I particularly love the elasticated cuffs & optional pull-in hem of the fleece. The fleece is thick & ultra cosy.

Appreciated frequent updates re delays in the delivery process pre Christmas . But the fleece arrived in time for my 14 year old grandsons birthday -one very happy young lad who is delighted with it! Thank you
