The company was helpful and supportive during my decision making. I was kept informed at all stages from ordering to delivery. Packages all in good order when delivered. Both products are great.

Found honey heaven at the free from…
Found honey heaven at the free from festival in London. I got the cbd as I have fibromyalgia and cealiacs disease, chronic pain and digestion issues are a regular issue for me. The owners were kind and explained it all how it works gave me leaflet information and a number and said I can call anytime if I need advice. I tried the 1000 dose at first to start then moved up to 3000 dose. Since using this product it has made the pain easier my body feels less tense I started back at the gym and this product came at the perfect time. Thank you so much guys!

This did not work for me in any noticeable way.
I chose the 30% full-spectrum dose in a 30ml bottle, which comes in at around £190. I chose a higher dose for my first time experience of CBD oil as I wanted something that was going to help me with pain management for long-term back issues and a new cancer experience. I also wanted something that was high quality and from an organic source. This didn't even touch the surface, even when going beyond the maximum dosage. This was an expensive trial that didn't work for me personally.

Thank you Virinder for taking the time to share your experience with our CBD 9000mg Oil. We’re truly sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations, especially given the serious health challenges you're facing. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we understand how disappointing it must be to invest in a premium product and not feel the relief you were hoping for.
CBD affects everyone differently due to a range of factors, including body chemistry, the nature of the condition being treated, and even how it's taken. While many customers do report positive results with our high-strength formula and won award for the same strength in 10ml bottle, we also recognise that it may not work the same for everyone.
We’re committed to continually improving and supporting our customers in finding what works best for them. If you’d be open to it, we’d love the opportunity to discuss your experience further and see if there’s anything we can do to help whether that’s exploring other product options and usage tips.
Wishing you strength and healing on your journey. One of our customer care team will be in touch with you.

Thank you for your review. While we welcome all feedback, we kindly ask that communication remains respectful. We are certainly not a scam, and we take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products, as you have experienced with your previous orders.
Regarding your current order of 5000mg CBD oil, you placed it on February 24th, and we processed and dispatched it on February 25th via Royal Mail’s recorded tracking service. The tracking details were sent to you via email and WhatsApp on March 6th.
When you reached out on March 6th regarding tracking difficulties, we promptly responded the same day after checking with Royal Mail. According to their records, your package was handed over to the Canadian postal service. Once shipments leave the UK, their processing and tracking updates are managed by the destination country’s postal service.
Today, I personally contacted Royal Mail, and they confirmed that your package left the UK on February 26th. Once a shipment is with the customs authorities in the destination country, we have to allow time for their clearance and delivery process. Unfortunately, we have no further control over tracking updates at this stage.
One of our team members or I will be in touch shortly to discuss your order and address any concerns you may have. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Following our above reply, update!!
We’re pleased to confirm that the customer’s order was successfully delivered on March 14th. Royal mail tracking delivery details link https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/RZ608554245GB. We have also contacted the customer, requesting them to update their review accordingly.
