Great service
Great service - dispatched promptly, high quality lock that was easy to install. Slightly technical hitch with their website meant wasn't charged for additional keys but dispatched anyway without requesting further payment- did not expect this but very grateful. Would definitely recommend.

Top notch. Bought 4 locks, one with extra keys. A glitch on the website meant I wasn't charged for the extra keys, but rather than send an invoice, they sent me them free of charge. One lock had a stiff cylinder on the outside, and they replaced it no questions asked. Top notch customer service, highly recommend. Shout out to Tom.

Brilliant customer service and very helpful web-site
A great experience all round. One of the most helpful web-sites I've come across. I was able to find the correct patio door handles and find out how to fit them really easily. They delivered them quickly and also sorted out a small issue with one of them seamlessly and without any fuss at all. Amazing customer service. I can thoroughly recommend Home Secure and I'll certainly be using them in the future.

Looked smart compared to others
I liked the look of their cable restrictor lock, compared to others, so ordered two. I live in a tower block & if I forget to close the windows there is a risk of having the hinges strained or ripped off in the wind, so these fit the bill perfectly. Well packaged and arrived on the advised day via Evri. All good so far; I'll fit them later. Only a matter of drilling four holes; I think I can manage that😂
