Homebase - Ruislip Omdömen 

Sandra at Homebase Ruislip was extremely helpful during my visit to the store today.
The level of customer service we recieved was fantastic!

I had by chance popped into Homebase today just to browse and came across to plants which were substantially reduced due to starving of water. I picked up a few and informed my keen gardener friend who pick me up and off we went to Homebase again. Picked up more bargains from the outside plant area and pushed our full trolley to the checkout. The lady at the checkout Susan Hogan welcomed us with a big smile and had a conversation with us. She was kind, patient and funny. This was the 3nd time in the same day I was welcomed by Susan. She's an absolute asset to the company and deserves a good recognition. Thank you Susan for ure kindness. I think u deserve ure chocolate basked filled up plus more.

Belinda exchanged my paint and organised the refund and purchase without any problem. Thank you excellent service.

The service at Ruislip branch of Homebase has always been fantastic. The staff are always ready to help and are friendly.

A huge thank you to Raj who helped me with heavy gardening materials yesterday afternoon - from lifting them onto a trolley (which he pushed to the till and helped to scan) to accompanying me to the car and unloading them into the boot. He was absolutely fantastic and I was really grateful for his help.

After placing the order online, I had a messsge within the hour to say it was ready for collection. Very impressive Homebase
