Homebase - Rayleigh Weir Omdömen 

Angie was on customer service desk, and went above and beyond to help me with my inquiry. She was able to look up the item and informed how many was in stock and that next week the item may come off the current offer.

We spoke to a lady called Kimbo at Rayleigh weir she was very helpful and knowledgeable and came up with some good gardening ideas, we have a dilemma with our garden and a neighbours over grown tree. She suggest take the plants out that we have planted and used a thick membrane so it separates the problem tree from our garden taking all the nutrients away.

Step ladders arrived on time and date.

This is the first time I’ve ever taken the time to give a review , but after the first class service I received from Mark Lawley , I felt compelled to write this review .
Thank you for your knowledge help and advice along with your assistance in helping me to make the right purchase.
In a world were you really get a smile in shops these day , it was a breath of fresh air to receive such a professional service .

Our designer, Ian Samuels went over and above his duties coming back whilst on annual leave to finalise our kitchen in time to get the offer we wanted.

Jessica made us feel very welcome from the start, she noticed me buying a rose bush and she informed me about the multiby offer. Thanks to her timely advice advice I didnt miss out and saved myself 8 pounds. Enough for another plant!

David was very helpful at the till and advised me what paint and batteries to purchase.

We went into Homebase on the 14th of August to browse around the kitchens to see what would suit our kitchen.
There was a fantastic offer on so went went over to asked about the offers.
This was when Ian Samuels introduced himself how lucky we were for his knowledge abut kitchens Incredible. Ian offered to pop round and measure the same evening, this was on the 14th Aug.
We returned the next day 15th Aug and made our selection of kitchen and appliances.

Christine was very helpful, I pulled Christine aside to ask about some flooring, she brought it out to me from the warehouse and organised the pallets of flooring to come to the till then served us at the till.
Every question was answered and Christine went out of her way to help us. Asset to your team

Helped me see if some garden furniture would fit in my car before purchasing. Put aside all the chairs for me as I had to return to collect them.
Steve helped me take out the remaining items to the car.
All this was close to closing time too!
Was really appreciated as it was quite a rush!

We ordered a storage box. When open we realised there was a large crack in base. We rung the store who were very helpful and said they will happily replace it. I bought it back down to store where the lady asked me to wait whilst she fetched it.
A new one was bought to me and Gavin H and his colleague very cleverly suggested opening it to check for damage. Much to my disappointment this two was damaged and the only one left in stock. Gavin H said hold on just before you except a refund I might at the very least have a spare base out back. Thankfully he did and I don’t have to go out of my way to another home base to collect another. Incredibly impressed with Gavin H and he’s college’s dedication to making sure I went away happy.
