Ordered 16 packs of laminated tiles and When we took the item a staff helped us carry it and load it in our car. Very friendly staffs they had here and went to extent measures just to cater our needs. Very happy with my experience with them. Surely will recommend this store to our family and friends.

Very friendly store to shop in. The staff are helpful and polite. Great garden centre and Decorative area. A place to get your DIY jobs off to a good start all under the one roof. Nice tidy store to maneuver around.

Highly recommend!
I always have the best reviews, I’m always happy with the service. Very friendly staff. Marilou helped us a lot with kitchen appointment,design, advice and selection. We got very good discounts and also received a dishwasher as a gift when ordering a kitchen.

4 x 4 cube unit
I purchased a 4x 4cube unit today. I only realised when I got home it comes in 2 separate boxes. I went back in just before 6.00 o clock but as they were closing up, they informed me I was only charged for 1 box and because the till was closed I have to wait til tomorrow. Its most unsatisfactory that I have to make a 3rd trip in, as its ridiculous being charged for 1 box when it's useless without the other. I hadnt noticed as i bought a lot of other items in the one shop. Surely it is up to you to inform customers if what they are purchasing is not all in the one package. It's like charging someone for one shoe, silly carry on.
