Homebase - Northampton Omdömen 

Ordered some Bedroom Furniture.
The Lady that came out didn't measure it very well and the end panels wouldn't fit.
They recommend a fitter who also made the same mistake with measuring. He quoted us £600 then when the goods arrived he wanted £850. When we queried it he said he had otter work booked now despite hassling me for weeks asking when the goods would arrive. We found someone online who did it for £295 took him 6 hours the Homebase recommended guy said it would take him 3 days. The wrong drawer arrived and it was a pain arranging collection of the drawers and end panels. Always get several quotes before booking a fitter.

The shop was busy, the queue was long but very quickly went down, we were called to the service desk till and served by Helen, very bright, happy lady who explained all the savings on our receipt, and wished us a good day, very nice shopping experience 😊

Ordered 5 litres of Patio Magic. Went to collect, but on leaving the store I realised it was not what I had ordered. Went back in and was told it was a substitute. Said I was not happy. Manager intervened and got me 2 x 2.5 litre tins. When I got home I realised the substitute was cheaper than I had paid!!

Just inside the door there were garden storage boxes. We stopped one of the assistance and asked where to find them in the store. She got a trolly and took us to the location. There were none in stock so she took us to the customer service, ordered us one for next day delivery. She was so polite and helpful. Without that service we would have just gone somewhere else. Absolutely a joke. I ordered 4 of something. Recieved a text to say they were ready but when picking up only 3 of the item. And no 4th in store. Really need 4 and now have to wait till in stock. I wouldn’t have bothered picking up from them and gone else where

It is easy to use the website and arrange to buy through click and collect.
The store had the order ready but the order was not on a trolley so your very helpful female cashier went and found one and loaded it for me. Nothing was too much trouble,

Given wrong items on 18-03 -2023 charged £19.98 Returned wrong items on 20/03 2023 and told refund would be sent when I looked iIwas refunded the wrong amount please can you sort this out as I am 80 and going backwards and forwards to is doing my health no good

I used click and collect. When I arrived there was a little confusion about the stock. But the young lady I was being served by was really helpful and took the time to make sure I was happy. I was very impressed with the service. And happy with the product.. great price too.
