Homebase - Milton Keynes Omdömen 

Ordered chairs on line…. HB took money.. gave delivery date.. waited all day no delivery, after five phone calls told no stock…. They’ll refund, will take seven days… but told to reorder and pay again!!! Cannot complain to a person..lost work day, no decency of a call, have my money no chairs! VERY UNHAPPY

SEE RESPONSE…. No compensation they were out of stock! Not good enough

Found it very difficult to get someone to help me with a purchase. Once I did eventually get someone they were helpful.

I went into homebase today desperately looking for a Christmas tree stand for an artificial stand as my kids are begging me to put the tree up already.
I spoke to Fran who was super friendly and really happy to help. She got through to the manager Sarah who said they don’t normally sell artificial tree ones but she knew there were some out the back so she went out of her way to find one and bring it to me and really kindly gave me it for free.
Both ladies were absolutely lovely and after a rubbish day their kindness really cheered me up. I’m going to have 2 happy children.

Went into homebase found a dinning room table I liked ordered it online got a call to say they didn't have it in stock... in their store they were advertising the table as take home today (they wouldn't sell me the display) told me another larger store did have them in stock so I ordered from them only to get another phone call to tell me they were out of stock even though both times it said in stock... I contacted customer services not much help at all! Why are you advertising something that you clearly don't have in stock! Milton Keynes & Leighton buzzard stores.

My items were on a flatbed trolley waiting for me on collection, and the gentlemen who served me, wheeled the trolley out and lifted the heavy item into the car for me as I had my sleeping baby in a pram and the item was big and heavy.

Never have a problem with my online purchases from Homebase. Service always excellent.

I just got a message saying thank you for collection when I have not yet collected my order.

This is really bad.

Item was easy to order and I was kept informed about the progress of my order. Picking the item was easy and staff courteous and helpful.

Had an issue with an online order that was cancelled due to incorrect stock quantity on website. Order cancelled & refund issued, but 10% discount code used was not reinstated. Visited a different store in person to buy the same item - staff here agreed to honour my missing discount without any problem, although it was originally only valid online

I would just like to say a big thank you and how impressed I am with Steven Cardoso part of the kitchen department in Milton Keynes.
I have a Homebase kitchen which has a little bit of damage and just needs a small part replacing. My local Homebase told me that the color of my kitchen had been discontinued and there was nothing left in the warehouse but at no point did they offer to even look on the system or even try to get the part that I needed.
I decided to ring Homebase in Milton Keynes to double check that the part was not available, spoke to Steven Cardoso and to be honest he could not have been more helpful he said to leave it with him and he would see what he could find. After a couple of emails he managed to find the part I needed and it is now on order. Thank you again.

Quick and easy

The Click Collect worked great. I saw this item in a retail location but they were out of stock but I got it now locally very easily.

The blonde lady in her 50’s that served my Wife was very rude. Tutted at my Wife when she asked for the order number. Once she had given my wife the order she just walked off with zero conversation or thanks.
My Wife was fuming.
