Homebase - Lewes Omdömen 92

Ordering and getting items all ok.
But after doing painting found out that 2 tins of paint were over. Problem starts now !!!
You cannot take back any any items unused unopened not required at all. So I have new pots of painting don't need.
They homebase won't take back, or exchange, or refund.
I'm not very happy at all on this situation I hope the people above the shop floor are reading this !!!!
I'm probably not the only one out there having issues with them!!!!
Please advise.

Online it's very simple and easy to do.
If you know what you want and don't need to look at the products then I would recommend it.

Unfortunately the 2 bags were split so we had to go and get 2 replacement bags

All went fine. Quickly picked for me ready to pick up.

All the products I wanted for decorating were in stock and there was an offer on Dulux paint. The order was ready soon after I had paid online and the guy on the counter next day produced it and wished me luck carrying it home on my bike.

Jo and her staff went the extra mile today!

I ordered something to collect in the store. There was no queue so I got served straight away. My order was packed in a massive outer box which was too big to carry, so the shop assistant cut it open so I could just have the item itself which was much smaller. He was friendly and polite.

Chloe helped us design our new kitchen. She was great at listening to what we wanted and was able to provide advice and solutions. She was also very patient when we kept changing our mind. Amazing customer service.

Great service, ordering simple, service at Lewes Homebase first class, thank you. I am happy with the garden shredder, does what it is supposed to.

Order ready quickly but the store did not give me all items so had to make the trip again. Frustrating

Easy to order and collect. The email and reminder text both say don't forget to take ID with you - but when you arrive in store they just ask for your name. Why not alter the email and text to reflect reality?
